Abstract
【解決手段】基板用コネクタAは、回路基板Pに載置され、回路基板Pと略直角な壁状の端子保持部11と、端子保持部11の側縁部から後方へ延出した支持壁部15とを有するハウジング10と、端子保持部11に貫通状態で取り付けられ、端子保持部11の後方において回路基板Pに接続可能な端子金具25,26と、支持壁部15に取り付けられ、回路基板Pに対し半田付けにより固定可能な固定金具31と、支持壁部15と端子保持部11の後面とを繋ぐ補強部20とを備えている。

回路基板に載置され、前記回路基板と略直角な壁状の端子保持部と、前記端子保持部の側縁部から後方へ延出した支持壁部とを有するハウジングと、
前記端子保持部に貫通状態で取り付けられ、前記端子保持部の後方において前記回路基板に接続可能な端子金具と、
前記支持壁部に取り付けられ、前記回路基板に対し半田付けにより固定可能な固定金具と、
前記支持壁部と前記端子保持部の後面とを繋ぐ補強部とを備えているところに特徴を有する。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図11を参照して説明する。尚、以下の説明において、前後の方向については、図2,4,5,6,8における右方を前方と定義する。上下の方向については、図1〜3,6,7にあらわれる向きを、そのまま上方、下方と定義する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例では、補強部として上壁部と下壁部を設けたが、補強部は、下壁部を形成せずに上壁部のみを形成した形態、上壁部を形成せず下壁部のみを形成した形態、上壁部に加え、上壁部の後端縁と支持壁部の側縁とに略直角に繋がる後壁部を形成した形態(下面が開口した箱状形態)、下壁部に加え、下壁部の後端縁と支持壁部の側縁とに略直角に繋がる後壁部を形成する形態(上面が開口した箱状形態)であってもよい。
(2)上記実施例では、上端側繋ぎ部が板状の上壁部を構成しているが、上端側繋ぎ部は細長い梁状をなしていてもよい。
(3)上記実施例では、下端側繋ぎ部が板状の下壁部を構成しているが、下端側繋ぎ部は細長い梁状をなしていてもよい。
(4)上記実施例では、補強部を構成する上壁部が端子収容空間の上面のほぼ全領域を覆っているが、上壁部は、端子収容空間の上面の一部のみを覆う形態であってもよい。
(5)上記実施例では、補強部を構成する下壁部が端子収容空間の下面のほぼ全領域を覆っているが、下壁部は、端子収容空間の下面の一部のみを覆う形態であってもよい。
(6)上記実施例では、フード部が回路基板の前方へ突き出した防水タイプの基板用コネクタについて説明したが、本発明は、平面視においてハウジングの全体を回路基板の上面に収まるように配置した非防水タイプの基板用コネクタにも適用できる。

Claims (7)
- 回路基板に載置され、前記回路基板と略直角な壁状の端子保持部と、前記端子保持部の側縁部から後方へ延出した支持壁部とを有するハウジングと、
前記端子保持部に貫通状態で取り付けられ、前記端子保持部の後方において前記回路基板に接続可能な端子金具と、
前記支持壁部に取り付けられ、前記回路基板に対し半田付けにより固定可能な固定金具と、
前記支持壁部と前記端子保持部の後面とを繋ぐ補強部とを備えていることを特徴とする基板用コネクタ。 - 前記補強部が、前記支持壁部の上端部と前記端子保持部の上端部とを繋ぐ上端側繋ぎ部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板用コネクタ。
- 前記上端側繋ぎ部が、前記端子保持部及び前記支持壁部に対して略直角な板状の上壁部を構成していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の基板用コネクタ。
- 前記上壁部が、前記端子保持部と前記支持壁部とで区画された端子収容空間の上面のほぼ全領域を覆う形態であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の基板用コネクタ。
- 前記補強部が、前記支持壁部の下端部と前記端子保持部の下端部とを繋ぐ下端側繋ぎ部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の基板用コネクタ。
- 前記下端側繋ぎ部が、前記端子保持部及び前記支持壁部に対して略直角な板状の下壁部を構成していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の基板用コネクタ。
- 前記下壁部が、前記端子保持部と前記支持壁部とで区画された端子収容空間の下面のほぼ全領域を覆う形態であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の基板用コネクタ。
