Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- ボディ内に着脱可能に収容されるカートリッジ式ベーンポンプであって、
駆動軸に連結され回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータの径方向に往復動自在に前記ロータに設けられる複数のベーンと、
前記複数のベーンが摺接する内周カム面を有するカムリングと、
前記ロータ及び前記カムリングの一方の端面に当接するサイド部材と、
前記ロータ及び前記カムリングの他方の端面に当接し、前記ボディに取り付けられるカバー部材と、
前記サイド部材の外周に設けられ、前記サイド部材の外周と前記ボディの内周との間を封止するシール部材と、を備え、
前記サイド部材は、
前記ロータ側への前記シール部材の移動を規制する第1規制部と、
前記ロータとは反対側への前記シール部材の移動を規制する第2規制部と、
前記第1規制部と前記第2規制部とによって区画され前記シール部材を収容する収容空間と、を有し、
前記第1規制部は、前記第2規制部よりも外径が大きく形成されて前記ボディとの間で前記シール部材を前記駆動軸の軸方向に圧縮可能に形成されることを特徴とするカートリッジ式ベーンポンプ。 - 前記第2規制部は、前記収容空間に向かうにつれ外径が次第に大きくなるように形成され前記収容空間への前記シール部材の挿入を案内する案内面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジ式ベーンポンプ。
- ポンプ装置であって、
請求項1または2に記載のカートリッジ式ベーンポンプと、
前記カートリッジ式ベーンポンプを収容する収容凹部を有する前記ボディと、を備え、
前記収容凹部は、
前記第1規制部を収容する第1収容部と、
前記第1収容部よりも内径が小さく形成され前記第2規制部を収容する第2収容部と、
前記第1収容部と前記第2収容部との間であって前記駆動軸に対して傾斜するテーパ面状に形成され、前記第1規制部との間で前記シール部材を軸方向に圧縮するテーパ部と、を有することを特徴とするポンプ装置。
