Abstract
Description
ステップS1において、ECU50は、ACCスイッチがOFF状態にあるときの、各センサ37,38からの検出温度に加え、例えば、ACCスイッチがOFFされてからの経過時間、外気温センサからの周辺環境温度等を取得する。これにより、ECU50は、DOC33の出口付近の温度及びSCRの入口付近の温度が触媒活性温度以下であるか否かを推定する。すなわち、ECU50は、車両1が走行を完了した直後など、DOC33及びSCR36が触媒活性温度付近にあるにも拘らず、加熱を実行する必要がないため、事前にこれらの経過時間や温度等に基づいて触媒活性温度以下であるか否かを推定する。また、アイドリング規制などによってこまめにACCをOFFする可能性があるため、そのたびに充電の有無等を検出する必要もないため、事前にこれらの経過時間や温度等に基づいて触媒活性温度以下であるか否かを推定する。したがって、このルーチンはECU50の簡素化を考慮して、実行しなくてもよい。ECU50は、各センサ37,38からの検出温度等に基づいて触媒活性温度以下であると推定した場合(Yes)には、ステップS2へと移行する。ECU50は、各センサ37,38からの検出温度が触媒活性温度以下であると推定しなかった場合(No)には、継続してこのルーチンを監視する。
ステップS2において、ECU50は、外部充電機構40によりバッテリ26に外部電力の充電を行っているか否かを判定する。ECU50は、外部電力の充電を行っていると判定した場合(Yes)には、ステップS3へと移行する。ECU50は、外部電力の充電を行っていると判定しなかった場合(No)には、引き続きこのルーチンを監視する。
ステップS3において、ECU50は、バッテリ26の蓄電量(SOC)が所定値以上であるか否かを判定する。ECU50は、バッテリ26の蓄電量が所定値以上である場合(Yes)には、ステップS4へと移行する。ECU50は、バッテリ26の蓄電量が所定値以上であると判定しなかった場合(No)には、外部充電を優先するためにステップS2へとループする。なお、バッテリ26の蓄電量に対する所定値は、所謂フル充電を100%としたときに、残りの蓄電量によってバッテリ26を用いた走行のおよその走行距離など、バッテリ26そのものの蓄電量の他、走行可能距離等に換算してもよい。また、バッテリ26の蓄電量やおよその駆動可能時間等は公知のバッテリ監視技術を用いることができる。
ステップS4において、ECU50は、バッテリ26からの電力供給により各ヒータ部43,44をONにしてステップS5へと移行する。
ステップS5において、ECU50は、外部充電が継続しているか否かを判定する。ECU50は、外部充電が継続していると判定した場合(Yes)には、ステップS6へと移行する。ECU50は、外部充電が継続していると判定しなかった場合(No)、すなわち、充電コネクタ3が充電ポート41から抜かれ、車両1が走行を開始した場合には、ステップS7へとスキップする。
ステップS6において、ECU50は、各ヒータ部43,44によるDOC33及びSCR36の加熱によって各センサ37,38からの温度が所定温度以上に達したか否かを監視する。ECU50は、所定温度に達したと判定した場合(Yes)には、ステップS7へと移行する。ECU50は、所定温度に達したと判定しなかった場合(No)には、ステップS4へとループして充電完了又は充電中止を判定するまでこのルーチンを継続する。この際、ECU50のループをステップS3へとループしてもよい。すなわち、何らかの理由(例えば、バッテリ26の劣化)によって、バッテリ26の充電よりも消費(ヒータ加熱)の方が大きい場合、バッテリ26の蓄電量が減る環境となっていることから、このような場合には充電を優先する。
ステップS7において、ECU50は、各ヒータ部43,44への電力供給を停止してこのルーチンを終了する。この際、バッテリ26がフル充電に達するまで時間を要する場合が想定されるため、この一連のルーチンは割り込みを含め、ステップS1〜ステップS3の何れのルーチンにループ(リターン)する。

Claims (6)
- 液体燃料の燃焼を利用した燃料動力部と、
充電可能なバッテリから供給した電力を利用した電気動力部と、
前記燃料動力部と連通して前記液体燃料の燃焼に伴って発生する排出ガスを排気する排気部と、
前記排気部の中途部に配置して排出ガスに含まれる不純物を除去する排気浄化部と、
前記バッテリと電気的に接続して外部電力を充電する充電部と、
を備え、
前記充電部は、
前記各動力部が停止している状態で外部電力を前記バッテリに充電している際に、前記バッテリに蓄電した電力又は外部電力により前記排気浄化部を加熱するヒータ部を備える、
ことを特徴とするプラグインハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電部は、
前記排気浄化部の温度を監視する温度検出部からの温度が所定温度以上に達したときには前記ヒータ部による加熱を停止する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電部は、
前記バッテリへの外部電力の充電が停止され、前記各動力部が停止している状態から駆動を開始した状態となったときに、前記排気浄化部の温度を監視する温度検出部からの温度が所定温度以上に達していない場合には、前記バッテリから電力を供給して前記ヒータ部による加熱を継続する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプラグインハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電部は、
前記燃料動力部による駆動開始からの暖機状態を監視する暖機監視部が暖機完了状態を検出したときには、前記バッテリから前記ヒータ部への電力供給を停止する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプラグインハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電部は、
前記各動力部が停止し、かつ、前記バッテリに外部電力の充電を行っていないときに、前記排気浄化部の温度を監視する温度検出部からの温度が所定温度以下であり、かつ、前記バッテリの蓄電量が所定値以上である場合には、前記バッテリから前記ヒータ部に電力を供給して前記排気浄化部を予備加熱する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電部は、
前記バッテリの蓄電量が所定値以下となったときには、前記予備加熱を停止する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラグインハイブリッド車両。
