Abstract
【解決手段】メインスロープ110が設けられたハウジングベース100と、メインスロープに沿って傾斜して昇降シフト可能で、メインスライド突起210がメインスロープに位置するとき、複数の接触点を有し、メインスライド突起が水平支持面111に位置し、複数の接触点を有し、ハウジングベース内に収容したメイン載置台200と、上方向に凸出した保護カバー320が設けられ、メイン載置台300内に収容され、サブスロープ220に当接するサブ載置台と、移動中のサブ載置台に当接するとき、サブ載置台がサブスロープに沿って移動する様推動して保護カバーを上昇させ、かつメインスライド突起が水平支持面に移動して入り、水平支持面はメインスライド突起を支持して保護カバーが上昇しているよう維持する干渉構造と、を含む噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。

Description
これに鑑み、本発明者は上述の既存技術について特に鋭意検討し、かつ学問上の理論の運用を踏まえ、上述の課題を解決すよう努力することが本発明者の改良の目標である。

Claims (13)
- 噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュールであって、
1組の水平支持面が一部に形成されたメインスロープが設けられたハウジングベースと、
前記ハウジングベース内に収容され、かつ上方向に凸出したスクレーパが設けられ、前記メインスロープに当接する1組のメインスライド突起が凸設され、かつサブスロープが設けられ、前記ハウジングベースに対向して前記メインスロープに沿って傾斜して昇降シフトして前記スクレーパを昇降作動させることが可能であり、前記組のメインスライド突起が前記メインスロープに位置するとき、前記組のメインスライド突起は前記メインスロープの縦方向に沿って前記メインスロープと複数の接触点を有し、前記組のメインスライド突起が前記水平支持面に位置するとき、前記組のメインスライド突起は前記組の水平支持面と複数の接触点を有するメイン載置台と、
前記メイン載置台内に収容され、かつ前記メイン載置台が移動するときに同時に牽引され、上方向に凸出した保護カバーが設けられ、少なくとも一部は前記サブスロープに当接するサブ載置台と、
前記サブ載置台に対応して配置され、移動中の前記サブ載置台に当接するとき、前記サブ載置台が前記サブスローブに沿って前記メイン載置台に対向して移動するよう推動して前記保護カバーを上昇させることが可能であり、かつ前記組のメインスライド突起が前記組の水平支持面に移動して入るとき、前記組の水平支持面は前記組のメインスライド突起を支持して前記保護カバーを上昇した位置に維持する干渉構造と、を含む噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。 - 前記干渉構造は前記ハウジングベース内に設けられている請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 駆動ユニットをさらに含み、前記駆動ユニットは前記メイン載置台に接続され、しかも前記メイン載置台を推動可能である請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記駆動ユニットはモータおよび歯車群を含み、かつ前記歯車群は前記モータおよび前記メイン載置台をそれぞれ連動する請求項3に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記メイン載置台はラックを有し、かつ前記ラックは前記歯車群に噛合している請求項4に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記ラックは前記メインスロープに平行である請求項5に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記メインスロープと前記サブスロープとは傾斜方向が逆である請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記メインスロープの上端は前記干渉構造を向いて配置されている請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記サブ載置台には前記サブスロープに当接するサブスライド突起が凸設されている請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記スクレーパは昇降作動して前記ハウジングベースの頂面から凸出可能である請求項1記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記保護カバーは昇降作動して前記ハウジングベースの頂面から凸出可能である請求項1記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記組のメインスライド突起は複数の円柱状のメインスライド突起を含み、前記組の水平支持面は各前記メインスライド突起にそれぞれ対応する複数の水平支持面を含み、前記組のメインスライド突起が前記メインスロープに位置するとき、各前記メインスライド突起は前記メインスロープにそれぞれ接触し、前記組のメインスライド突起が前記水平支持面に位置するとき、各前記メインスライド突起は各前記水平支持面にそれぞれ接触する請求項1記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
- 前記組のメインスライド突起は単一の菱柱状のメインスライド突起を含み、かつ前記メインスライド突起は挟角配置された第1支持面および第2支持面を有し、前記組の水平支持面は前記メインスライド突起に対応する単一の水平支持面を含み、前記メインスライド突起が前記メインスロープに位置するとき、前記第1支持面は前記メインスロープに密着し、前記組のメインスライド突起が前記水平支持面に位置するとき、前記第2支持面は前記組の水平支持面に密着する請求項1に記載の噴射ヘッドクリーニングモジュール。
