Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置1はECU2を備える。ECU2は、吸入空気量GGAScylを算出し(ステップ51)、上限目標新気量GAIR_hisHを設定し(ステップ50)と、内燃機関3の運転域が所定の過給域にあるときに、過給機7による過給動作を制御し(ステップ3)、所定の過給域にある場合において、吸入空気量GGAScylが上限目標新気量GAIR_hisHに達していないときに、排気還流を停止するとともに、吸入空気量GGAScylが上限目標新気量GAIR_hisHに達したときに、排気還流を実行するように、EGR装置5を制御する(ステップ30〜38)。

Claims (6)
- 過給機及びEGR装置を有する内燃機関の制御装置であって、
当該内燃機関の気筒内に流入するガス量を吸入ガス量として取得する吸入ガス量取得手段と、
前記内燃機関の前記気筒内に流入する新気量である筒内新気量の目標となる目標新気量を設定する目標新気量設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転域が所定の過給域にあるときに、前記過給機による過給動作を制御する過給制御手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転域が前記所定の過給域にある場合において、前記吸入ガス量が前記目標新気量に達していないときに、排気還流を停止するとともに、前記吸入ガス量が前記目標新気量に達したときに、排気還流を実行するように、前記EGR装置を制御するEGR制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記過給機は、前記内燃機関の吸気通路に設けられたコンプレッサと、前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられたタービンとを有しており、
前記EGR装置は、前記排気通路の前記タービンよりも下流側の部位と前記吸気通路の前記コンプレッサよりも上流側の部位との間に接続されたEGR通路と、当該EGR通路内を流れる還流ガス量を変更するためのEGR弁と、前記吸気通路の前記EGR通路との接続部よりも上流側に設けられ、前記EGR弁の上流側と下流側の間で差圧を発生させるための差圧発生弁と、を有しており、
前記EGR制御手段は、前記吸入ガス量が前記目標新気量に達したときに、前記EGR通路内を還流ガスが流れるように、前記EGR弁を制御するとともに、前記差圧を発生させるように、前記差圧発生弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記目標新気量設定手段は、前記目標新気量として、基本目標新気量と、当該基本目標新気量よりも所定値分大きい上限目標新気量とを設定し、
前記EGR制御手段は、前記内燃機関の運転域が前記所定の過給域にある場合、前記吸入ガス量が前記上限目標新気量に達するまでの間、排気還流を停止するとともに、前記吸入ガス量が前記上限目標新気量に達した以降、排気還流を実行するように、前記EGR装置を制御し、
前記所定値は、前記差圧発生弁の制御が実行されたときに、前記吸入ガス量が前記基本目標新気量を下回る状態が発生しないような値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記EGR制御手段は、前記吸入ガス量が前記目標新気量に達するまでの間、前記差圧発生弁の開度を前記差圧が発生しないような最大開度に制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記EGR制御手段は、前記吸入ガス量が前記目標新気量に達するまでの間、前記差圧発生弁の開度を所定の待ち受け開度になるように制御し、
当該所定の待ち受け開度は、当該差圧発生弁の有効開度よりも大きく、前記差圧が発生しないような最大開度よりも小さい値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記吸入ガス量取得手段は、前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて、基本吸入ガス量を算出するとともに、所定の応答遅れ特性を付与するためのフィルタリング処理を当該基本吸入ガス量に施すことにより、前記吸入ガス量を算出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
