Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における成形品1を模式的に表した斜視図である。また、図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における成形品1の断面図(図1におけるA1断面を矢印の方向から見た図)である。図3は、本発明の実施の形態1における成形品1の断面拡大図(図2におけるB1拡大図)である。図1〜3において、同じ構成要素については同じ符号を用いる。

Claims (5)
- セルロース系繊維を含有した樹脂材料を用いた成形品において、
前記成形品の厚みをTとしたとき、
前記成形品表面からの距離TFが、
TF≦0.1×T
を満たす範囲を成形表面部とし、
前記成形品全体の平均セルロース濃度をD、
前記成形表面部の平均セルロース濃度をDFとしたとき、
DF≧1.1×D
を満たすことを特徴とする成形品。 - 断面が環状に閉じられている筒状の成形品において、
前記成形品の外周面からの距離TFoutが
TFout≦0.1×T
を満たす範囲を成形外周表面部、
前記成形品の内周面からの距離TFinが
TFin≦0.1×T
を満たす範囲を成形内周表面部とし、
前記成形外周表面部の平均セルロース濃度をDFout、
前記成形内周表面部の平均セルロース濃度をDFinとしたとき、
DFout>DFin≧1.1×D
を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形品。 - 前記成形品は、射出成形時における樹脂の流れの合流地点であるウェルドラインを有し、
前記ウェルドラインからの距離TWが、

を満たす範囲をウェルド部とし、
前記ウェルド部の平均セルロース濃度をDWとしたとき、
DW≧1.1×D
を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の成形品。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の成形品を製造するための成形方法であって、
前記成形品を成形する成形金型において、
前記樹脂材料を充填開始する時点における前記成形金型の平均温度よりも、前記樹脂材料を充填完了した時点における前記成形金型の平均温度の方を低くする
ことを特徴とする成形品の成形方法。 - 請求項2の成形品を製造するための成形方法であって、
前記成形金型のうち、前記成形外周表面部に接する外周金型の平均温度よりも、前記成形内周表面部に接する内周金型の平均温度の方が、前記樹脂材料の充填開始から充填完了までの間で、常に高い
ことを特徴とする成形品の成形方法。
