Abstract
【解決手段】先端部の外周面に凸部31が形成された接続パイプ3に樹脂チューブ2を接続する配管継手1である。この配管継手1は、樹脂チューブ2が圧入されるハウジング4と、接続パイプ3が挿入されて接続パイプ3との間をシールする弾性伸縮可能なシール部材5と、を備える。ハウジング4は、一方端部に位置して外周面側に樹脂チューブ2が圧入される第一ハウジング部41と、他方端部に位置する第二ハウジング部42と、を有する。シール部材5は、第二ハウジング部42の内周面側に挿入される第一シール部51を有する。

Claims (6)
- 先端部の外周面に凸部が形成された接続パイプに樹脂チューブを接続する配管継手であって、
前記樹脂チューブが圧入されるハウジングと、
前記接続パイプが挿入されて前記接続パイプとの間をシールする弾性伸縮可能なシール部材と、を備え、
前記ハウジングは、一方端部に位置して外周面側に前記樹脂チューブが圧入される第一ハウジング部と、他方端部に位置する第二ハウジング部と、を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記第二ハウジング部の内周面側に挿入される第一シール部を有する、
配管継手。 - 前記シール部材を締め付けるシールバンドを更に備え、
前記シール部材は、前記ハウジングから突出して前記シールバンドに締め付けられる第二シール部を有する、
請求項1に記載の配管継手。 - 前記第二ハウジング部の内周面又は前記第一シール部の外周面の何れか一方には、凹部が形成されており、
前記第二ハウジング部の内周面又は前記第一シール部の外周面の何れか他方には、前記凹部に嵌め込まれる凸部が形成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の配管継手。 - 前記ハウジングと前記シール部材とは、一体的に成形されている、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の配管継手。 - 前記ハウジングと前記シール部材とは、別部材である、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の配管継手。 - 樹脂チューブと、
請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の配管継手と、を備え、
前記第一ハウジング部が前記樹脂チューブに圧入されている、
樹脂チューブ組立体。
