Claims (7)
- 洗浄槽に貯留された水系洗浄液の中に機械部品を浸漬し、前記洗浄槽内の水系洗浄液中でノズルから下向きに前記機械部品へ向けて前記水系洗浄液を噴射して前記機械部品の表面に圧縮残留応力を付与するウォータージェットピーニングを行う際に、前記洗浄槽の水系洗浄液の液面から前記機械部品の処理対象面までの距離を100mm以上、300mm未満に設定するウォータージェットピーニング方法。
- 請求項1のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記ノズルからの洗浄液の噴射圧力を15MPa以上35MPa以下に設定するウォータージェットピーニング方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記ノズルから前記水系洗浄液を噴射する際の前記洗浄槽の水系洗浄液の液面から前記ノズルの先端までの距離を50mm以上250mm以下に設定するウォータージェットピーニング方法。 - 請求項1のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記水系洗浄液が界面活性剤を含まない洗浄液であるウォータージェットピーニング方法。 - 請求項4のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記水系洗浄液がアミン化合物を含む洗浄液であるウォータージェットピーニング方法。 - 請求項1のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記機械部品がアルミニウム合金製であるウォータージェットピーニング方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項のウォータージェットピーニング方法であって、
前記洗浄槽に貯留された洗浄液の循環を阻害して液面変動を抑制する循環阻害体を、前記洗浄槽内に配置するウォータージェットピーニング方法。
