Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本発明の実施の形態に係る熱交換器3は、導入管(給水配管)11から第1吸熱管32および第2吸熱管33に供給される被加熱流体(ここでは、水)をバーナ2から放出される燃焼排ガスにより加熱し、導出管(出湯配管)12を通じてカランやシャワーなどの図示しない温水利用先へ供給する給湯器1に組み込まれる。

Claims (4)
- 胴部と、
胴部内に並設される複数の吸熱管と、
複数の吸熱管の管端相互を胴部側壁の外側にて連結するベンド部と、
吸熱管に被加熱流体を導入する導入管と、
吸熱管から被加熱流体を導出する導出管と、
吸熱管、ベンド部、導入管および導出管によって構成される通水路の温度を検知する温度センサと、
温度センサを支持するセンサブラケットとを備え、
センサブラケットは、温度センサの取付面となる基部がベンド部に設けられた平面部に対して面接触した状態で接合固定され、
温度センサは、基部における前記平面部との接合部に支持固定された、熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
センサブラケットに温度センサを固定する押さえ部材を備え、
温度センサは、センサブラケットおよび押さえ部材によって前記接合部に挟持固定された、熱交換器。 - 請求項2に記載の熱交換器において、
センサブラケットおよび押さえ部材相互が、ベンド部の平面部から胴部側壁の外側方へ所定距離離れた位置にて固定部材により連結された、熱交換器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器において、
ベンド部は、胴部側壁に対向する側の面が開口し、胴部側壁の吸熱管接続部を胴部側壁の外側から覆う略箱状に形成され、
センサブラケットは、ベンド部の前記開口と反対側の面に接合固定され、胴部側壁の外側から見たときに、略全体がベンド部の周縁部より内側に配置された、熱交換器。
