Abstract
Description
シールド電線の芯線の前端部に接続される内導体と、
前記内導体を収容する誘電体と、
外導体を構成し、前記誘電体を包囲した状態で保持する筒状部材と、
前記筒状部材とは別体の部品であり且つ前記外導体を構成し、前記シールド電線のシールド層に接続可能な圧着部を有する接続部材と、
前記接続部材の前端部に形成され、前記筒状部材の後端縁部に係止可能な引掛け部と、
前記引掛け部を支点として前記接続部材を揺動させつつ正規の組付位置へ案内するガイド手段を備えているころに特徴を有する。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図14を参照して説明する。尚、以下の説明において、シールドコネクタ1及びシールド端子Tの前後の方向については、図1〜14における左方を前方と定義する。上下の方向については、図1〜14にあらわれる向きを、そのまま上方、下方と定義する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例では、第1ガイド手段をロア部材(接続部材)と誘電体に形成したが、第1ガイド手段は、ロア部材と筒状部材に形成してもよい。
(2)上記実施例では、第1ガイドピンを誘電体の外面に形成し、第1ガイド溝をロア部材(接続部材)に形成したが、第1ガイドピンをロア部材に形成し、第1ガイド溝を誘電体に形成してもよい。
(3)上記実施例では、引掛け部を、ロア部材(接続部材)とアッパ部材の両方に形成したが、ロア部材のみに引掛け部を形成してもよい。
(4)上記実施例では、圧着部をロア部材(接続部材)のみに形成したが、圧着部は、ロア部材とアッパ部材の両方に形成してもよい。
(5)上記実施例では、ロア部材(接続部材)の圧着部を圧着する工程だけで、ロア部材とアッパ部材の両方をシールド層に固着したが、アッパ部材をシールド層に固着する工程は、ロア部材をシールド層に圧着する工程とは別に行ってもよい。
(6)上記実施例では、内導体を誘電体に取り付けた状態で、内導体と芯線を接続したが、本発明は、内導体を、芯線に接続した後側で誘電体に取り付ける場合にも適用することができる。
(7)上記実施例では、内導体が前端部に細長いタブを有する雄形の端子である場合について説明したが、本発明は、内導体が前端部に角筒部を有する雌形の端子である場合にも適用できる。

Claims (4)
- シールド電線の芯線の前端部に接続される内導体と、
前記内導体を収容する誘電体と、
外導体を構成し、前記誘電体を包囲した状態で保持する筒状部材と、
前記筒状部材とは別体の部品であり且つ前記外導体を構成し、前記シールド電線のシールド層に接続可能な圧着部を有する接続部材と、
前記接続部材の前端部に形成され、前記筒状部材の後端縁部に係止可能な引掛け部と、
前記引掛け部を支点として前記接続部材を揺動させつつ正規の組付位置へ案内するガイド手段を備えていることを特徴とするシールド端子。 - 前記圧着部が前記シールド層の外周に圧着されており、
前記引掛け部が前記筒状部材の内周縁部に係止されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールド端子。 - 前記ガイド手段が、前記接続部材と前記誘電体とに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のシールド端子。
- 前記ガイド手段が、
前記誘電体と前記接続部材のうちの一方に形成したガイドピンと、
前記誘電体と前記接続部材のうちの他方に形成されて前記ガイドピンを摺接させるガイド溝とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシールド端子。
