前記モータに接続される入力軸と駆動輪に連結される出力軸とを有し、前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間で変速段の変更を伴って動力を伝達する変速機と、
前記モータと前記変速機とを制御し、前記モータについては、前記入力軸のトルクが上限トルクの範囲内になるように制御する制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記上限トルクを第1トルクから前記第1トルクよりも小さい第2トルクに制限した後に前記第1トルクに復帰させる際において、前記駆動輪に出力される駆動力の低下を運転者が体感したと想定される第1条件が成立しているときには、前記第1条件が成立していないときに比して緩やかに復帰させる、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (8)
- モータと、
前記モータに接続される入力軸と駆動輪に連結される出力軸とを有し、前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間で変速段の変更を伴って動力を伝達する変速機と、
前記モータと前記変速機とを制御し、前記モータについては、前記入力軸のトルクが上限トルクの範囲内になるように制御する制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記上限トルクを第1トルクから前記第1トルクよりも小さい第2トルクに制限した後に前記第1トルクに復帰させる際において、前記駆動輪に出力される駆動力の低下を運転者が体感したと想定される第1条件が成立しているときには、前記第1条件が成立していないときに比して緩やかに復帰させる、
自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記変速機の複数の係合要素に油圧を供給する油圧制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記油圧制御装置に異常が生じてフェールセーフ用の変速段を形成するときに、前記上限トルクを前記第2トルクに制限する、
自動車。 - 請求項2記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記上限トルクが前記第2トルクで、前記フェールセーフ用の変速段の形成が完了すると、前記上限トルクを前記第1トルクに復帰させる、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記第1条件は、前記上限トルクが前記第2トルクのときにブレーキオフの履歴がある条件である、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記第1条件は、前記上限トルクが前記第2トルクのときにブレーキオフの継続時間または積算時間が所定時間に至った履歴がある条件である、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記第1条件は、前記上限トルクが前記第2トルクのときにアクセル操作量が閾値よりも大きい履歴がある条件である、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記第1条件は、前記上限トルクが前記第2トルクのときにアクセル操作量が閾値よりも大きい状態の継続時間または積算時間が所定時間に至った履歴がある条件である、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記上限トルクを前記第1トルクに復帰させる際に前記第1条件が成立しているときにおいて、アクセル操作量に基づく前記入力軸の仮要求トルクが前記上限トルク以下のときには、前記上限トルクを保持し、前記仮要求トルクが前記上限トルクよりも大きいときには、前記上限トルクを増加させる、
