Description
Claims (15)
- 繰り返し単位として、1つ以上のエポキシ反応性部分を有する1つ以上のアリール部分を含む主鎖を有する1つ以上のポリアリーレンポリマーであって、重合単位として、1つ以上のポリアルキニル置換アリールの第1のモノマー及び1つ以上のビスシクロペンタジエノンの第2のモノマーを含む、ポリアリーレンポリマーと、1つ以上のエポキシド含有架橋剤と、を含む組成物。
- 前記エポキシ反応性部分が、式
- 各エポキシ反応性置換基が、−C(=O)−OH、−OH、−SH、−NR20R21、及びそれらの組み合わせから独立して選択され、式中、R20及びR21が、H、C1−10アルキル、C6−10アリール、及びC7−20アラルキルから独立して選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の第1のモノマーが、前記1つ以上のエポキシ反応性部分と置換されたアリール部分を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の第2のモノマーが、式
- 少なくとも1つのポリアリーレンポリマーが、式
- 1つ以上の有機溶媒をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 基板を提供することと、
前記基板の表面上に請求項7に記載の組成物の層をコーティングすることと、
前記組成物の前記層を硬化させて、架橋ポリアリーレン層を形成することと、を含む方法。 - (a)少なくとも1つのポリアリーレンポリマーが、重合単位として、式
