Abstract
Description
以下、本開示の実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。なお、実施形態に対して適用可能な各種の変更については、変形例として、一連の実施形態の説明の後に、まとめて説明する。
以下、本実施形態の構成による動作及び効果について説明する。図2及び図3は、本実施形態に係る負荷駆動システム1の動作に対応するタイムチャートである。これに対し、図4及び図5は、制御回路3(即ち本実施形態においては素子保護部42)の動作モードがリトライ動作モードに固定されている場合のタイムチャートである。
本開示は、上記実施形態に記載された具体的例示に限定されるものではない。即ち、上記実施形態に対しては、適宜変更が可能である。以下、代表的な変形例について説明する。以下の変形例の説明においては、上記実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。また、上記実施形態と変形例とにおいて、互いに同一又は均等である部分には、同一符号が付されている。したがって、以下の変形例の説明において、上記実施形態と同一の符号を有する構成要素に関しては、技術的矛盾又は特段の追加説明なき限り、上記実施形態における説明が適宜援用され得る。

Claims (5)
- 相互に電気接続された電気負荷(21)と配線ワイヤ(22)とを有する負荷回路(2)を過電流から保護するように構成された、過電流保護装置(3)であって、
前記負荷回路への通電を制御するように設けられた半導体スイッチング素子(41)と、
前記半導体スイッチング素子における過熱又は過電流である異常が検知された場合に前記半導体スイッチング素子の動作を停止させるように構成された遮断部であって、前記異常の検知が解消された場合であっても前記半導体スイッチング素子の動作停止を継続させるラッチ動作モードと、前記異常の検知が解消された場合に前記半導体スイッチング素子の動作停止を解除するリトライ動作モードと、を有する遮断部(42)と、
を備え、
前記遮断部は、前記異常が検知された場合に、まず前記ラッチ動作モードで動作し、次いで所定条件成立後に前記リトライ動作モードに切換えられるように設けられた、過電流保護装置。 - 前記所定条件は所定時間の経過である、請求項1に記載の過電流保護装置。
- 前記所定条件が成立した場合に、前記ラッチ動作モードと前記リトライ動作モードとを切換えるための切換信号を前記遮断部に入力するように設けられた切換部(5)をさらに備えた、請求項1又は2に記載の過電流保護装置。
- 前記配線ワイヤにおける通電状態を取得するように設けられた通電状態取得部(52)と、
取得された前記通電状態に基づいて、前記半導体スイッチング素子の動作を停止させるように設けられたワイヤ保護部(51)と、
をさらに備えた、請求項3に記載の過電流保護装置。 - 前記半導体スイッチング素子及び前記遮断部は、前記負荷回路に電気接続されたインテリジェントパワーデバイス(4)に設けられ、
前記切換部、前記通電状態取得部、及び前記ワイヤ保護部は、前記半導体スイッチング素子の駆動を制御するための駆動制御信号を前記インテリジェントパワーデバイスに入力するように前記インテリジェントパワーデバイスに電気接続されたデバイス駆動回路(5)に設けられた、請求項4に記載の過電流保護装置。
