Claims (7)
- 電極群と、
前記電極群と接続される集電板と、
前記電極群及び集電板とを収納し、開口を有する電池缶と、
前記電池缶の開口を塞ぎ、外部端子が配置された電池蓋と、
前記外部端子と前記集電板とをつなぐ接続端子を有し、
前記接続端子は、前記外部端子との伝道経路の間にクラッド材を有し、当該クラッド材を挟持することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記外部端子には、前記クラッド材を収納する収納部が形成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記収納部は前記電池蓋に向かって凹形状となる凹部であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材は、前記電池蓋よりも外側に配置され、
前記クラッド材の電池蓋側面は前記外部端子と同種の金属で構成され、前記電池蓋とは反対側の面は前記接続端子と同種の金属で構成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項4に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材の電池蓋側の金属はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で構成され、前記クラッド材の電池蓋とは反対側の面は銅又は銅合金で構成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材の電池蓋側の面は、前記外部端子と溶接され、
前記クラッド材の電池蓋とは反対側の面は、前記接続端子と溶接されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材は突合せクラッド材で構成されていることを特徴とする二次電池。
