Abstract
Description
以下、実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネスについて説明する。図1は、実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネス10を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネス10を示す概略断面図である。図3は、外装部材30を丸める前の様子を示す斜視図である。
次に、図4乃至図7を参照しつつ、実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネス10の製造方法について説明する。図4乃至図7は、実施形態に係るワイヤーハーネス10の一製造工程を示す説明図である。
図8は、ワイヤーハーネス10の変形例を示す概略断面図である。
実施形態において、ワイヤーハーネス10が棒状部材70に沿って配索されるものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。例えば、ワイヤーハーネス10が車体パネル又はルーフなどの平板状部材に沿って配設されることも考えられる。

Claims (6)
- シート状に形成された外装部材と、
前記外装部材の一方主面側に配設された少なくとも1本の電線と、
前記外装部材に対して前記電線を縫い付けている縫糸と、
を備え、
前記外装部材のうち前記電線の延在方向に沿った一部の領域はフラットな状態とされると共に、前記外装部材のうち前記電線の延在方向に沿った他の少なくとも一部の領域は前記電線の延在方向と交差する方向に丸められている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記外装部材のうちフラットな状態とされた領域と丸められた領域との境界に前記外装部材の内部から外縁に達するスリットが形成されている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記電線を取付対象に固定するための固定部材が前記外装部材に縫い付けられている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項3に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記外装部材のうち丸められた領域に設けられた前記固定部材によって前記外装部材が丸められた状態に維持されている、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記外装部材のうち丸められた領域には前記外装部材が前記一方主面を内周側として少なくとも二重になっている部分が存在する、ワイヤーハーネス。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネスを製造する方法であって、
(a)先端に設けられた孔に上糸として前記縫糸が通された針を前記外装部材に他方主面側から挿す工程と、
(b)前記一方主面側に通された前記上糸に輪を形成する工程と、
(c)前記輪に下糸としての前記電線を挿通させる工程と、
を備える、ワイヤーハーネスの製造方法。
