Abstract
Description
(i)フルオロアルキルスルホニル塩、
(ii)有機カーボネート、及び
(iii)水。
2032−型コインセルに、導電性集電体上にPVdFバインダー及び導電性炭素と組み合わせたLi4Ti5O12を有するアノードを取り付ける。この電池(セル)に、導電性集電体上にPVdFバインダー及び導電性炭素と組み合わせたLiNi0.5Mn1.5O4から形成されたカソードをさらに取り付ける。すべてのアノード及びカソードはガラスファイバーセパレータによって分離されており、ここで、このガラスファイバーセパレータは、電解質組成物で浸潤されている。かような電池が4つ準備され、それぞれの電池において以下の電解質組成物が使用される:(i)モル比1:1:1のLiTFSI:DEC:水、(ii)モル比1:1:1のLiTFSI:DMC:水、(iii)モル比1:1:1のLiTFSI:EC:水、及び(iv)モル比1:1:1のLiTFSI:PC:水。モル比1:1:1のLiTFSI:DEC:水の電解質組成物を有する電池に対して、標準手順に従い、約−0.8Vから6.2Vの電位範囲にわたって、サイクリックボルタンメトリーが分析される。
4つの電池のそれぞれに対して、1.0mA/cm2のレートで、3.4又は3.5Vのカットオフで充電し、そして1.0mA/cm2のレートで、2.5〜2.8Vのカットオフで放電させた。評価温度は25℃である。電位をモニターし、実施例1〜4の電池(i)〜(iv)の結果は、それぞれ図6〜9に示される。
Claims (20)
- リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩、
有機カーボネート、ここでこの有機カーボネートは、前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩に対して、0.1:1〜50:1の範囲である第1のモル比で存在する、及び
水、ここでこの水は、前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩に対して、0.1:1〜10:1の範囲である第2のモル比で存在する、
を有する、電解質組成物。 - 前記第1のモル比が、0.5:1〜20:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記第2のモル比が、0.5:1〜5:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩が、前記電解質組成物の少なくとも0.3のモル分率で存在する、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩がLiTFSIを含む、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記有機カーボネートが環状有機カーボネートを含む、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- 前記有機カーボネートが、ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、及びプロピレンカーボネートの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の電解質組成物。
- アノード、
カソード、及び
前記アノードと前記カソードとを互いにイオン連通状態にする、電解質組成物
を含む、リチウムイオン電池であって、
前記電解質組成物が、
リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩、
有機カーボネート、ここでこの有機カーボネートは、前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩に対して、0.1:1〜50:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である第1のモル比で存在する、及び
水、ここでこの水は、前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩に対して、0.1:1〜10:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である第2のモル比で存在する、
を含む、リチウムイオン電池。 - 前記第1のモル比が、0.5:1〜20:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第2のモル比が、0.5:1〜5:1の範囲(両端の値を含む)である、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩が、前記電解質組成物の少なくとも0.3のモル分率で存在する、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記リチウムフルオロアルキルスルホニル塩がLiTFSIを含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記有機カーボネートが環状有機カーボネートを含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記有機カーボネートが、ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、及びプロピレンカーボネートの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記カソードが、前記アノードの酸化還元電位よりも少なくとも2.5V高い酸化還元電位を有する、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記カソードが、前記アノードの酸化還元電位よりも3.0V高い酸化還元電位を有する、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記カソードが、LiMn2O4、LiCoO2、LiFe(PO4)、LiMn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3O2、LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4、及びLiCoPO4の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記アノードが、Li4Ti5O12、Mo6S8、Cu2V2O7、TiS4、NbS5、Liテレフタレート(C8H4Li2O4)、シリコン、硫黄、及びグラファイトの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記アノードがLi4Ti5O12を含み、かつ前記カソードがLiNi0.5Mn1.5O4を含む、請求項8に記載のリチウム電池。
