Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置100は、複数の給湯器1の少なくとも一部が運転中であるときに、複数の給湯器1のいずれかにおいてファンの異常または通信異常が検知された場合には、複数の給湯器1の全ての運転を停止する全停止を行なうように構成される。一方で、制御装置100は、さらに、集合排気路9からの排気の逆流を検知するための検知素子200が制御装置100に接続されている状態において、複数の給湯器1の一部においてファンの異常または通信異常が検知された場合には、全停止を行なわないように構成される。

Description
まず、本発明の実施の形態1では、3台の給湯器を並列に連結して構成される給湯システムを説明する。本実施の形態1に従う給湯システム110の各給湯器は燃焼ガスの潜熱を回収可能な潜熱回収式の給湯器を説明するが、給湯器の加熱方式は潜熱回収式に限定されない。また、給湯システム110を構成する給湯器は3台に限定されず、2台または4台以上でもよい。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る給湯システム110の全体構成を示す図である。実施の形態1に係る給湯システム110は、部屋2の内部に設置されている。
次に、実施の形態1に係る給湯システム110の制御について説明する。
本発明の実施の形態2では、2台の給湯器を並列に連結して構成される、簡易2連結型の給湯システムについて説明する。
図5は、実施の形態2に係る給湯システム111の全体構成を示す図である。実施の形態2に係る給湯システム111では、1台の給湯器1の給湯制御部19が、2台の給湯器1を統括して制御する制御装置100の働きも兼ねる。
次に、実施の形態2に係る給湯システム111の制御について、主に、実施の形態1に係る給湯システム110の制御と異なる点を説明する。
Claims (5)
- 給湯路に対して並列に接続される複数の給湯器と、
前記複数の給湯器を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記複数の給湯器の各々は、
燃料を燃焼させて排気を生成するように構成された燃焼部と、
各前記給湯器からの排気をまとめて導出する集合排気路に接続される排気路と、
前記燃焼部に燃焼用空気を供給するとともに、前記排気路の排気を前記集合排気路に送り出すように構成されたファンと、
前記燃焼部および前記ファンを制御する給湯制御部とを含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記複数の給湯器の少なくとも一部が運転中であるときには、各前記給湯器の前記ファンを駆動するとともに、各前記ファンの異常、および前記制御装置と各前記給湯制御部との間の通信異常を監視するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、さらに、
前記集合排気路からの排気の逆流を検知するための検知素子と前記制御装置との接続を確認し、
前記検知素子が前記制御装置に接続されていない場合、前記複数の給湯器のいずれかにおいて前記ファンの異常および前記通信異常の少なくとも一方が検知されたときに、前記複数の給湯器の全てを停止する全停止を行なう一方で、
前記検知素子が前記制御装置に接続されている場合、前記排気の逆流が検知されていない状態において、前記複数の給湯器の一部において前記ファンの異常および前記通信異常の少なくとも一方が検知されたときに、前記全停止を行なわないように構成される、給湯システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記検知素子が前記制御装置に接続されている状態において、前記複数の給湯器のいずれかにおいて前記ファンの異常および前記通信異常の少なくとも一方が検知された場合には、異常が検知された前記給湯器を停止する、請求項1に記載の給湯システム。
- 前記複数の給湯器のいずれか1つの前記給湯制御部は、前記制御装置として機能する、請求項1または2に記載の給湯システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検知素子からの前記検知素子の動作確認用の信号の入力に基づいて、前記検知素子が前記制御装置に接続されているか否かを判定し、かつ、
前記判定に基づいて、前記ファンの異常および前記通信異常の少なくとも一方が検知されたときの前記全停止を行うか否かを決定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の給湯システム。 - 前記検知素子は、一酸化炭素を検出して警報を出力するように構成された警報器である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の給湯システム。
