Abstract
【解決手段】(A)ビニル系芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエン化合物との共重合体である熱可塑性ブロック共重合体を有するホットメルト接着剤であって、(A)熱可塑性ブロック共重合体は、(A1)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物と(A2)スチレンブタジエンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物とを含むものであり、(B)α−メチルスチレン系樹脂を、(A)および(B)の総重量100重量部に対し5重量部以上の量で有しない、ホットメルト接着剤。

Description
(A)熱可塑性ブロック共重合体は、(A1)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物と(A2)スチレンブタジエンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物とを含むものであり、
(B)α−メチルスチレン系樹脂を、(A)および(B)の総重量100重量部に対し5重量部以上の量で有しない、ホットメルト接着剤。

(A1-2)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物(DEXCO社製のVECTOR 4211N(商品名))
(A1-3)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物(DEXCO社製のVECTOR 4114N(商品名))
(A3-2)リニア型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物((日本ゼオン社製のクインタック3433N(商品名))
(B1)スチレン−α−メチルスチレン共重合体(イーストマンケミカル社製のクリスタレックス3100(商品名))
(C1)芳香族石油炭化樹脂の水素化誘導体(日本ゼオン社製のクイントン DX395(商品名))
(C2)環状脂肪族石油炭化水素樹脂の水素誘導体(エクソンモービル社製 Escorets HA103(商品名))
(D1)パラフィン系オイル(出光興産社製のダイアナフレシアS−32(商品名))
(E1)ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバスペシャリティーケミカルズ社製のイルガノックス1010(商品名))
(E2)ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤(ダブルボンドケミカル社製のチソーブP(商品名))
厚さ50μmのPETフィルムに各ホットメルト接着剤を塗工し、厚さ50μmの接着剤層をPETフィルム上に形成した後、これを25mm幅に成形して試験体とした。

剥離強度を測定した後、速やかに貼り合わせ基材の剥離面を指触により確認し、糊残りの有無を評価した。糊残りを顕著に判別できる基材が絹であったため、評価基材として絹を採用した。糊残りの評価基準について、以下に示す。
○・・・・・・僅かに糊残りあり
△・・・・・・やや糊残りあり
×・・・・・・明らかに糊残りあり
○・・・・・・対照サンプルとやや差異があるが、形状を維持している(図2参照、立方体の角がやや丸くなっている)。
×・・・・・・対照サンプルと差異があり、形状が崩れている(図3参照、立方体の形状が崩れ、円形になっている)。
ガラス瓶(70ml)に各ホットメルト接着剤を30g秤量し、乾燥機にて180℃で溶解、冷却させた。冷却後、サンプルを乾燥機にて40℃で30分養生し、試験体を作製した。試験体の臭気を被験者10人に評価させ、臭気レベルを人為的に数値化した。

3・・・・何の臭いか判断できる
4・・・・臭いを感じる
5・・・・強い臭いを感じる
○・・・・平均値が2.0〜3.0
△・・・・平均値が3.0〜3.5

動的粘弾性測定装置(ティー・エイ・インスツルメント・ジャパン社製のレオメータAR−G2(商品名))を用い、ガラス転移温度を測定した。ホットメルト接着剤を装置の治具にて加熱し、直径25mmφ、厚さ15,000μmの円盤状に成形した。
Claims (6)
- (A)ビニル系芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエン化合物との共重合体である熱可塑性ブロック共重合体を有するホットメルト接着剤であって、
(A)熱可塑性ブロック共重合体は、(A1)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物と(A2)スチレンブタジエンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物とを含むものであり、
(B)α−メチルスチレン系樹脂を、(A)および(B)の総重量100重量部に対し5重量部以上の量で有しない、ホットメルト接着剤。 - (A1)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物は、スチレン含有率が10〜60重量%である、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- (A)熱可塑性ブロック共重合体の総重量100重量部に対し、(A1)トリブロック型スチレンイソプレンブロック共重合体の未水素添加物が15〜50重量部含まれる、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- さらに、(B)α−メチルスチレン系樹脂を有し、(B)の量は(A)および(B)の総重量100重量部に対し4.5重量部以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 吸収性物品の位置決めに用いられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤が塗布された吸収性物品。
