Abstract
Description
・負電荷に接続されたドラムの少なくとも一部の周囲に、硫酸銅電解液を提供する工程、
・試験銅箔を電着させ、その厚さプロファイルを測定する工程、
・前記厚さプロファイルに対応する1つまたは1つ以上の絶縁マスクを準備する工程、
・寸法安定陽極の表面に、1つまたは1つ以上の絶縁マスクを配置する工程、
・硫酸銅電解液において電気化学反応を行うことにより、本開示の電解銅箔を得る工程、
・電解銅箔をドラムから剥離する工程、および
・電解銅箔をロール状に巻く工程。
[実施例]
重量偏差:電解銅箔を長さ50mm×幅50mmの小片に切断した。試験片の測定は、微量天秤(メトラー・トレド・インターナショナル(株)製のAG−204型)を用いた。各試験片について、表示数値の重量値に400を掛けて、面積重量(g/m2)を得た。重量偏差は、((最大面積重量−最小面積重量)/平均面積重量)×100で定義される。

(c)表面粗さ(Rz)が2μm以下である沈積面、および
(d)30kgf/mm2〜40kgf/mm2の引張強さ
を含む、電解銅箔。 - 前記の(b)重量偏差が1.6%未満である請求項7に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記の(b)重量偏差が1.4%〜1.6%である請求項7に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記沈積面の表面粗さ(Rz)が1.43μm〜1.93μmである、請求項7に記載の電解銅箔。
- 請求項1に記載の電解銅箔を含む負極集電体、および
前記負極集電体の上に形成される負極活物質層
を含む、負極。 - 前記負極活物質層が炭素材料を含む請求項11に記載の負極。
- 前記炭素材料が、非黒鉛化炭素、人造黒鉛、コークス、黒鉛、ガラス状炭素、炭素繊維、活性炭およびカーボンブラックからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の負極。
- 正極、
請求項11に記載の負極、
正極と負極との間に位置するセパレータ、および
電解液
を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記正極がリチウム複合酸化物を含む、請求項14に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 請求項15に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池を含み、
電源工具、電動輸送機器、携帯電話、タブレット、携帯式電子装置からなる群から選択される、電子装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電解銅箔を含むプリント回路板。
- 請求項1に記載の電解銅箔を製造する方法であって、
a.負電荷に接続されたドラムの少なくとも一部分の周囲に、硫酸銅電解液を提供する工程、
b.寸法安定陽極の表面に、1つまたは1つ以上の絶縁マスクを配置する工程、および
c.硫酸銅電解液において電気化学反応を行って、前記ドラムに電解銅箔を得る工程、
を含み、かつ
前記電解銅箔は、
(i)銅箔の横断面領域を横切る1つ〜4つの界面線、および
(ii)2.0%未満の重量偏差
を含む、電解銅箔の製造方法。 - 前記の1つまたは1つ以上の絶縁マスクが、寸法安定陽極の面積の6%〜12%を覆う、請求項18に記載の電解銅箔の製造方法。
