Claims (6)
- 冷蔵庫の貯蔵室に供給される空気を冷却する冷却器であって、
所定間隔で並設される複数枚のフィンと、
前記フィンを貫通して多段多列に配設される伝熱管と、を有し、
前記伝熱管の各段に設けられる前記フィンは、上下段で夫々独立しており、
前記フィンの表面には、親水性処理が施されており、
前記フィンの下端辺には、水平面に対して傾斜する傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする冷却器。 - 前記傾斜部は、水平面に対して4度以上15度未満の角度で傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却器。
- 前記冷却器が前記冷蔵庫に取り付けられる状態において、前記傾斜部は、前方から後方に向かって下降するよう傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却器。
- 冷蔵庫の貯蔵室に供給される空気を冷却する冷却器の製造方法であって、
貫通孔が形成される複数枚のフィンと、伝熱管と、を準備する工程と、
前記貫通孔に前記伝熱管を挿通させて、前記伝熱管の延在方向に複数枚の前記フィンを所定間隔で並列してなる複数のフィン群を所定の間隔をおいて配列する工程と、
前記伝熱管の内部に拡管具を挿通させて前記伝熱管を拡管し、前記伝熱管と前記フィンとを固定する工程と、
前記伝熱管の隣り合う2つの前記フィン群の間を夫々曲げて、前記伝熱管を蛇行状に形成する工程と、を具備し、
前記フィンを準備する工程では、前記フィンの表面に親水性処理を施し、且つ前記貫通孔を前記フィン1枚に対して2箇所以上一直線上に並べて形成すると共に、前記貫通孔の配列方向に沿った前記フィンの端辺に前記貫通孔の配列方向に対して所定の角度で傾斜する傾斜部を形成し、
前記フィン群を配列する工程では、隣り合う2つの前記フィン群において前記傾斜部の向きが逆になるよう前記フィンを表裏反転して配置し、
前記伝熱管を蛇行状に形成する工程では、前記貫通孔の配列方向に対して垂直方向に前記伝熱管を曲げることを特徴とする冷却器の製造方法。 - 前記傾斜部は、前記貫通孔の配列方向に対して4度以上15度未満の角度で傾斜することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷却器の製造方法。
- 貯蔵室と、
前記貯蔵室の奥に形成されて前記貯蔵室につながる冷却室と、
前記冷却室と前記貯蔵室との間で空気を循環させる送風機と、を有し、
前記冷却室の内部に、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1項に記載の冷却器を備えることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
