Abstract
【解決手段】多孔質の基材層1と、多孔質であって、帯電している帯電層2と、基材層1と帯電層2との間に介在し、極細繊維を含む極細繊維層3と、前記極細繊維に担持され、化学物質を吸着する吸着剤と、を備える積層体10であって、前記極細繊維の平均繊維径が、3μm以下であり、帯電層2の極細繊維層3に対向する第1中間面S1から、基材層1の極細繊維層3に対向する第2中間面S2までの領域において、第1中間面S1側の前記吸着剤の密度A1が、第2中間面S2側の前記吸着剤の密度A2よりも大きい、積層体10。

Description
基材層1は、多孔質であって、積層体10の形状を保持する機能を有する。例えば、積層体10をプリーツ加工する場合、基材層1によってプリーツの形状は保持される。
帯電層2は、多孔質であって、帯電(永久帯電)している。すなわち、帯電層2は、外部電界が存在しない状態において半永久的に電気分極を保持し、周囲に対して電界を形成している。そのため、ダストは、帯電層2との間に生じる静電気力により、帯電層2に捕捉される。また、帯電層2は、種々の外部負荷から極細繊維層3を保護する保護材としても機能し得る。
極細繊維層3は、基材層1と帯電層2との間に介在し、極細繊維3Fを含む。極細繊維3Fの平均繊維径D3は3μm以下である。平均繊維径D3は、1μm以下であることが好ましく、500nm以下であることがより好ましい。また、平均繊維径D3は50nm以上であることが好ましく、100nm以上であることがより好ましい。このような極細繊維層3は、基材層1上に、例えば電界紡糸法を用いて極細繊維3Fを堆積させることにより形成される。集塵性能の観点から、平均繊維径D3は、平均繊維径D1の1/10以下であることが好ましく、平均繊維径D1の1/2000以上であることが好ましい。平均繊維径D3は、平均繊維径D2の1/3以下であることが好ましく、平均繊維径D2の1/100以上であることが好ましい。
吸着剤4は、極細繊維3Fに担持されている。吸着剤4としては特に限定されないが、例えば、ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、トルエン、キシレン、酢酸エチル等の揮発性有機化合物(VOC)のうちの少なくとも1種を吸着することのできる物質が挙げられる。吸着剤4としては、具体的には、アジピン酸ジヒドラジド等の有機材料、活性炭、ゼオライト等が挙げられる。
以下、基材層1上に、電界紡糸法により極細繊維3Fを堆積させる場合を例に挙げて、本実施形態の積層体10の製造方法を説明する。

- 多孔質の基材層と、
多孔質であって、帯電している帯電層と、
前記基材層と前記帯電層との間に介在し、極細繊維を含む極細繊維層と、
前記極細繊維に担持され、化学物質を吸着する吸着剤と、を備える積層体であって、
前記極細繊維の平均繊維径が、3μm以下であり、
前記帯電層の前記極細繊維層に対向する第1中間面から、前記基材層の前記極細繊維層に対向する第2中間面までの領域において、
前記第1中間面側の前記吸着剤の密度A1が、前記第2中間面側の前記吸着剤の密度A2よりも大きい、積層体。
