Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオール・エステル(POE)またはポリビニールエーテル(PVE)をベースにした少なくとも一種の潤滑剤と、1〜99重量%のtrans−1,3,3,3−テトラ−フルオロプロペン(trans−HFO−1234ze)と99〜1重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとから成る冷媒Fとを含む組成物。

Description
温室効果に対する流体の寄与は規格GWP(地球温暖化係数)によって定量化される。このGWPは二酸化炭素の基準値を1にして温暖化可能性を指数化したものである。
熱安定性はASHRAE規格97−2007:「sealed glass tube method to test the chemical stability of materials for use within refrigerant systems」に従って実行した。
テスト条件は以下の通り:
冷媒重量 :2.2g
潤滑剤重量:5g
温度 :200℃
持続時間 :14日
(1)気相を回収し、ガスクロマトグラフィで分析する:主たる純物をGC/MSで同定した(ガスクロマトグラフィをマススペクトロメトリに連結)。冷媒Fから来る不純物と潤滑剤から来る不純物とが合さる。
(2)潤滑剤は色(分光測色法(Labomat DR Lange LICO220 Model MLG131)で)、含水率(カール・フィッシャー・クーロメトリ(Mettler DL37)で)および酸価(0.O1Nメタノール水酸化カリウムで定量分析)を分析した。
冷媒Fを使用した系の熱力学的運転性能計算ツール
濃度、エンタルピー、エントロピーおよび混合物の気液平衡データの計算にはRK−Soave式を用いた。この式を使用するには混合物の純物質の性質に関するデータと、各二元組合せ(binary combination)用の相関係数とが必要である。
沸点、臨界圧および臨界温度、沸点から臨界点までの温度を関数とする圧力曲線、温度を関数とする飽和液体および飽和蒸気濃度。
HFO温度-圧力曲線データは静的方法で測定される。臨界圧および臨界温度はSetaram社のC80カロリメータを使用して測定する。温度の関数としての飽和濃度はEcole des Mines de Parisの研究室が開発した振動管デンシメータ法で測定する。
RK−Soave式では混合物中の各化合物の挙動を表すために二元相関(binary interaction)係数を使用する。この係数は実験で求めた気液平衡データを基に計算される。
気液平衡測定で使用した方法は静的分析セル法である。この均衡セルはサファイヤ管から成り、2つのRolsitm電磁サンプラを備えている。この均衡セルをクリオサーモスタット(cryothermostat)浴(HUBER I1540)中に沈める。種々の回転速度で磁気撹拌して平衡へ達するのを加速する。サンプル分析はカサロメータ(TCD)を使用したガスクロマトグラフィ(1-IP5890シリーズII)で行った。
HFC−134a/trans−HFO−1234ze二元組合せの気液平衡は20℃で下記等温式で測定した。
蒸発器、凝縮器、液体蒸気交換器(内部熱交換器)、スクリュー圧縮機および圧力調節器を備えた圧縮システムを考える。このシステムは15℃の過熱および凝縮器と蒸発器の出口の間の内部熱交換器を用いて運転する。コンプレッサの有効効率(isentropic efficiency)は圧縮比に依存する。この交換効率は下記の式に従って計算される:
冷却モードでは圧縮システムを−5℃の蒸発温度と50℃の凝縮温度との間で運転した。各組成物での成分(HFC-134a、trans−HFO−1234ze)の値は重量百分率で与えられる。
加熱モードでは、圧縮システムを−5℃の蒸発温度と50℃の凝縮温度との間で運転する。各成分(HFC−134a、trans−HFO−1234ze)の値は重量百分率で与えられる。

- ポリオール・エステル(POE)またはポリビニールエーテル(PVE)をベースにした少なくとも一種の潤滑剤と、1〜99重量%のtrans−1,3,3,3−テトラ−フルオロプロペン(trans−HFO−1234ze)と99〜1重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとから成る冷媒Fとを含む組成物。
- 冷媒Fが5〜95重量%のtrans−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(trans−HFO−1234ze)と、95〜5重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとから成る請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 冷媒Fが30〜91重量%のtrans−1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン(trans−HFO−1234ze)と、70〜9重量%の1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとから成る請求項1に記載の組成物。
