Abstract
【解決手段】フロアサイドメンバ12(サイドメンバ10)の上部には、鋼板で形成されたフロアパネル20が固定されている。フロアパネル20の下側にはバッテリ30が配置されている。フロアパネル20の下側においてバッテリよりも車幅方向外側には、車幅方向に変形することで衝撃を吸収する第1衝撃吸収部材50が配置されている。車幅方向においてバッテリ30と第1衝撃吸収部材50との間には、排気管41の一部である副消音器41aが位置している。第1衝撃吸収部材50は、バッテリ30に向かって突出する突出部52を有する。突出部52の先端52aは、車両上下方向において副消音器41a(排気管41)の中心軸線よりも下側に位置している。

Description
図3に示すように、排気管41における副消音器41aは円管状であり、バッテリ30に対して車幅方向右側に位置している。したがって、車両の右側から物体Xが衝突した際に、副消音器41aが車幅方向に変形すれば、バッテリ30に作用する衝撃力を低減でき得る。しかしながら、一般に、排気管41は、当該排気管41が振動することを許容できるようにフロアパネル20等に対して吊り下げ支持されていて、排気管41とフロアパネル20との固定強度が大きくない。そのため、車両に物体Xが衝突した際に、その衝撃力で排気管41が下側へと脱落することがある。仮に、排気管41が下側へ脱落してしまうと、当該排気管41における副消音器41aを衝撃吸収材として機能させることは叶わなくなる。
・内燃機関Eは、直接的に駆動源として利用されるものに限らない。例えば、内燃機関Eを専ら発電用の動力源として使用してもよい。内燃機関Eから延びる排気管41が、バッテリ30及び第1衝撃吸収部材50の間に位置しているならば、内燃機関Eを駆動源として利用するか発電用の動力源として利用するかに拘わらず、上記実施形態の技術を適用可能である。
・排気管41において副消音器41aを省略してもよいし、副消音器41a以外のものが排気管41に設けられていてもよい。例えば、排気管41の一部が、排気に含まれる微粒子を取り除くためのフィルター部や、窒素酸化物を還元するための触媒部として構成されていてもよい。また、排気管41の一部であるフィルター部や触媒部が、バッテリ30及び第1衝撃吸収部材50の間に位置していてもよい。

- 内燃機関及び走行用モータを有する車両に適用される車両下部構造であって、
車室の床面を構成するフロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルの下側に配置され、前記走行用モータに電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記フロアパネルの下側において前記バッテリよりも車幅方向外側に配置され、車幅方向に変形することで衝撃を吸収する第1衝撃吸収部材と、
前記フロアパネルの下側において車両前後方向に延びるように設けられ、前記内燃機関からの排気が流通する円管状の排気管と
を備え、
前記排気管の一部は、車幅方向において前記バッテリ及び前記第1衝撃吸収部材の間に位置しており、
前記第1衝撃吸収部材は、前記バッテリに向かって突出する突出部を有し、前記突出部の先端は、車両上下方向において前記排気管の中心軸線よりも下側に位置している
ことを特徴とする車両下部構造。 - 前記突出部は、その上面に、前記突出部の先端側の部位よりも車幅方向外側の部位の方が車両上下方向の上側に位置するように傾斜する傾斜面を有する

ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両下部構造。 - 前記第1衝撃吸収部材は、前記バッテリよりも車幅方向一方側に配置されており、
前記フロアパネルの下側において前記バッテリよりも車幅方向他方側には、車幅方向に変形することで衝撃を吸収する第2衝撃吸収部材が配置され、
