Abstract

Claims (10)
- ケーブルコネクタであって、
絶縁シース、該絶縁シースの内側の遮蔽層、及び少なくとも1本の導電性ワイヤを備えた、少なくとも1本のケーブルと、
金属シェルを備えたコネクタであって、前記金属シェルが、少なくとも1本のケーブルを装着するケーブル受容部を備え、少なくとも1本のケーブルが前記コネクタ内に挿入されて、該コネクタ及び少なくとも1本の導電性ワイヤが電気的に接続されることを可能にする、コネクタと、を備え、
前記遮蔽層が、少なくとも1本のケーブルの端部で前記絶縁シースの外に露出し、導電性エラストマーが、露出した遮蔽層上に外装され、前記ケーブル受容部が少なくとも1本のケーブルを圧搾するとき、前記導電性エラストマーが、変形され、前記ケーブル受容部と少なくとも1本のケーブルとの間の間隙の大部分を充填する、ケーブルコネクタ。 - 少なくとも1本のケーブルの端部にある露出した遮蔽層が、該遮蔽層を前記絶縁シースの外面の上に外向きに折り返すことにより形成された外向き折り返し遮蔽層であり、前記導電性エラストマーが、前記外向き折り返し遮蔽層の上に外装されている、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 可撓性導電性テープが、少なくとも1本のケーブルの前記導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 少なくとも2本のケーブルが、ケーブル束として統合され、前記可撓性導電性テープが、前記ケーブル束の導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 4本のケーブルが、ケーブル束として統合され、前記可撓性導電性テープが、前記ケーブル束の導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記導電性エラストマーが、導電性発泡体である、請求項1又は2に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記可撓性導電性テープが、導電性布である、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記導電性布が、導電性繊維布又は導電性不織布である、請求項7に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記金属シェルが、上部シェル及び下部シェルを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記上部シェル及び前記下部シェルがそれぞれ、内部に曲線形状を有する対応する受容半部を有し、前記上部シェル及び前記下部シェルが組み立てられた後に、前記受容半部が、少なくとも1本のケーブルを締め付ける前記ケーブル受容部を内部に形成する、請求項9に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
