Claims (12)
- 高圧容器の外層を形成する支持層が、中央にシリンダー部と前記シリンダー部の両側に形成されたドーム部からなり、前記ドーム部は、内層の底角インナーヘリカル層部と外層の底角アウターヘリカル層部からなり、前記底角インナーヘリカル層部は、複数の底角インナーヘリカル層で構成され、前記複数の底角インナーヘリカル層のうち少なくとも1つの底角インナーヘリカル層は、他の底角インナーヘリカル層よりも相対的に高い剛性を有する高強度底角インナーヘリカル層であることを特徴とする高圧容器。
- 前記ドーム部の総厚さのうちの5〜30%の厚さ領域が前記底角インナーヘリカル層部からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記ドーム部の総厚さのうちの70〜95%の厚さ領域が前記底角アウターヘリカル層部からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記底角インナーヘリカル層部において、複数の底角インナーヘリカル層の一部は相対的に高い剛性を有する高強度底角インナーヘリカル層で、他の一部は相対的に低い剛性を有する低強度底角インナーヘリカル層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記高強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、底角インナーヘリカル層部の内層に全て配置され、前記低強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、底角インナーヘリカル層部の外層に全て配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記高強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、底角インナーヘリカル層部の外層に全て配置され、前記低強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、底角インナーヘリカル層部の内層に全て配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記高強度底角インナーヘリカル層と低強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、積層順序を制限することなく、互いに混合配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記高強度底角インナーヘリカル層と低強度底角インナーヘリカル層は、1層ずつ交互積層された形態で混合配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記底角インナーヘリカル層部は、高強度底角インナーヘリカル層だけで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記底角インナーヘリカル層部の最低層には、高強度底角インナーヘリカル層が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記ドーム部は、繊維複合材料が高圧容器の中心軸線方向を基準としてライナー層及び金属ボスの外表面に一定範囲内の鋭角をなして巻回形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記シリンダー部は、ライナー層の外表面に積層されるフープ層とヘリカル層が交互積層された構造で形成され、前記フープ層とヘリカル層のうちのフープ層がライナー層の外表面に当接するように積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
