Claims (5)
- 加圧された流体を内部に貯蔵するライナと、
該ライナを囲繞し該ライナを補強する補強層とを備える円柱型の圧力容器であって、
前記圧力容器の円筒部分において、前記ライナの内面に露出しないように、前記ライナの外面側の金属材料に形成された人工構造不完全部と、
前記圧力容器への流体の出入に伴う前記圧力容器の内圧の変動の繰返しに因り前記圧力容器の周壁部の円周方向に前記人工構造不完全部から伸び出るき裂の成長から前記ライナと前記補強層との少なくとも一方に依存する寿命関連値を検出する検出部とを備えることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項1記載の圧力容器において、
該圧力容器の構造不完全部について、該構造不完全部に生じる応力のうち、最大応力の生じる方向に対する垂直面への該構造不完全部の投影面積をSとし、
前記人工構造不完全部は、その√Sがどの自然構造不完全部の√Sより大きく、かつその最大応力方向の長さが、該人工構造不完全部の形成に因る圧力容器疲労寿命の低下が許容限度となる寸法以下にされていることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項1又は2記載の圧力容器において、
前記検出部はクラックゲージ又はひずみゲージであることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 加圧された流体を内部に貯蔵する樹脂製のライナと、
該ライナを囲繞し該ライナを補強する補強層とを備える圧力容器であって、
前記ライナと前記補強層との間に介在する金属膜材と、
前記金属膜材に設けられている人工構造不完全部と、
前記圧力容器への流体の出入に伴う前記圧力容器の内圧の変動の繰返しに因る前記人工構造不完全部の成長を前記金属膜材の介在部位における物理量として検出するとともに、該物理量から前記ライナと前記補強層との少なくとも一方に依存する寿命関連値を検出する検出部とを備えることを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器において、
前記検出部の出力から前記圧力容器の残り寿命を予測する予測部と、
該予測部が予測する残り寿命が所定値未満であるときに、残り寿命が所定値以上にあるときよりも、圧力容器の内圧の変動幅が減少するように、前記圧力容器内への圧縮流体の入出量を制御する入出量制御部とを備えることを特徴とする圧力容器。
