Claims (10)
- 内圧によって引き起こされる力を受容するため、圧力容器内部空間を少なくとも1つの方向に貫通延在するとともに、該圧力容器内部空間内に一様に分布される複数の補強構造体(1)が配されること
を特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記複数の補強構造体(1)は、円筒形圧力容器の横断面にわたって一様に分布されて配されると共に、軸線方向に正確に整列され、ほぼ平坦な蓋部材からその反対側へと延在し、かつ周方向に配向され半径方向に作用する補強層(2)によって包囲される複数の繊維ストランドから構成されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記複数の補強構造体(1)は、渦巻状に巻かれた複合材料の一方向性の層であって、縁部に肉厚部(8)を有し、巻上げの際前記蓋部材(7)又は該蓋部材の一部を形成しかつ周方向に配向され半径方向に作用する補強層(2)によって囲まれる一方向性の層から構成されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記圧力容器内部空間を軸線方向に貫通延在する複数の補強構造体(1)は、1つの空間方向に配されているのみならず、他の1つの空間方向又は3つのすべての軸線方向に配されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記圧力容器内部空間を貫通延在する複数の補強構造体(1)は、内圧による軸線方向力の一部のみを受容し、かつ外周部にわたって延在する補強層(2)と組合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。 - ガスの透過を阻止するバリヤ層(3)が、前記貫通延在する複数の補強構造体(1)の外側層と前記周方向に配向され半径方向に作用する補強層(2)との間に配されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。 - 帯状に巻き回され重なり合うバリヤ層(3)が配されること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧力容器。 - 内部に延在する中心補強パイプ(4)が配されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記蓋部材(7)は、角度的には規則的であるが深さは異なる複数のスリットが形成されかつ該複数のスリットに前記貫通延在する補強構造体(1)が固定されるよう形成された適切な軽量材料から構成されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。 - アーマチュアは、蓋部材(7)に気密に結合されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。
