Claims (6)
- 胴部と、端部に位置する収斂部とを有するライナを有し、且つ前記ライナの外壁に繊維が複数回巻回されることで繊維層が形成された高圧容器であって、
前記繊維層は、巻き始めである内周側、及び巻き終わりである外周側に、複数の低ヘリカル層が積層された内側積層部、外側積層部をそれぞれ有し、
且つ前記内側積層部と前記外側積層部との間に、少なくとも1層のフープ層と、前記胴部の長手方向に対する傾斜角度が前記低ヘリカル層に比して大きな少なくとも1層の高ヘリカル層とが交互に形成された中間積層部が介在し、
前記内側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度が、層数が増加するに従って大きくなる高圧容器。 - 請求項1記載の高圧容器において、前記外側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度が、層数が増加するに従って小さくなる高圧容器。
- 請求項1又は2記載の高圧容器において、前記内側積層部又は前記外側積層部を構成して互いに隣接する前記低ヘリカル層同士の傾斜角度の相違が20°以下である高圧容器。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧容器において、前記内側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度の変化と、前記外側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度の変化とを、層数を横軸とするグラフにプロットしたとき、前記内側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度の変化を示す曲線と、前記外側積層部を構成する前記低ヘリカル層の傾斜角度の変化を示す曲線とが、前記グラフ上で略対称である高圧容器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の高圧容器において、前記中間積層部を構成する前記フープ層の端部が、該中間積層部の層数が増加するに従って、前記収斂部から離間する方向に移動する高圧容器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の高圧容器において、当該高圧容器は、燃料電池自動車に搭載されるものである高圧容器。
