Claims (3)
- 測定対象物を載置する定盤と、
測定プローブを支持し、前記定盤を跨いで前記定盤のY軸方向に移動する二つの支柱部材で支持されるYキャリッジと、を備え、
前記二つの支柱部材は、前記Yキャリッジを前記Y軸方向に駆動する駆動機構をもつ第1の支柱部材と、前記第1の支柱部材に追従移動する第2の支柱部材とを有し、
前記第1の支柱部材側の前記定盤の上面には、前記Y軸方向に平行な溝部を形成し、
前記第1の支柱部材は、前記定盤の側面と前記溝部の側面とを対向して挟むことにより、前記定盤に支持され、
前記定盤は、前記溝部を境に、前記測定対象物が載置される測定領域と前記第1の支柱部材を支持するガイド領域に区分けされ、且つ前記測定領域の上面と前記ガイド領域の上面とは同一平面上にあり、
前記第1の支柱部材に設けられ、前記ガイド領域に対向する支持部と、
前記第2の支柱部材に設けられ、前記測定領域に対向する支持部と、
を有する三次元座標測定装置。 - 前記第1の支柱部材は、前記定盤の下面に対向する支持部を有する、請求項1に記載の三次元座標測定装置。
- 前記駆動機構は、前記定盤の定盤面に垂直な軸を有するローラを有し、前記ガイド領域の側面に前記ローラを当接させて転動させることで、前記Yキャリッジを定盤に対して相対的に移動させる、請求項1又は2に記載の三次元座標測定装置。
