Abstract
【解決手段】防振装置は、振動発生部及び振動受部のいずれか一方に連結される第1取付部材10と、前記振動発生部及び前記振動受部のいずれか他方に連結される第2取付部材20と、第1取付部材10と第2取付部材20との間に配置された弾性体30と、を備え、第1取付部材10には、第1凹部13が形成されており、第1凹部13には、弾性体30の一端部31が収容されており、第2取付部材20には、第2凹部23が形成されており、第2凹部23には、弾性体30の他端部32が収容されており、第1凹部13及び第2凹部23の少なくとも一方に、弾性体30との間に空間S1を形成する窪み部25が形成されている。

Description
本発明に係る防振装置によれば、第1取付部材及び第2取付部材が互いに向かう方向のばね定数を低減させることができる。
この場合、第1取付部材及び第2取付部材が互いに向かう方向のばね定数をより低減させることができる。
この場合、第1取付部材の下側隔壁の第1凹部に前記窪み部が形成されていない分、第1取付部材の下側隔壁と上側隔壁との間の寸法、ここでは、第1取付部材及び第2取付部材が互いに向かい合う方向の、防振装置の寸法が増加しないため、防振装置全体が大型化することなく、ばね定数を効果的に低減させることができる。
この場合、弾性体に振動が入力されて当該弾性体が窪み部の内部に進入する際、当該弾性体は、前記窪み部に対して緩やかに変位(進入)するため、ばね定数の低減も滑らかに行うことができる。
Claims (4)
- 振動発生部及び振動受部のいずれか一方に連結される第1取付部材と、
前記振動発生部及び前記振動受部の他方に連結される第2取付部材と、
前記第1取付部材と前記第2取付部材との間に配置された弾性体と、
を備え、
前記第1取付部材は、上下方向に間隔を置いて配置される上側隔壁及び下側隔壁を備え、前記上側隔壁と前記下側隔壁との間に、上下方向に対して交差する方向に開口した空間が形成されていると共に当該空間に前記第2取付部材及び前記弾性体が配置されており、
前記第1取付部材の下側隔壁には、下向きに凹んだ第1凹部が形成されており、当該第1凹部には、前記弾性体の一端部が収容されており、
前記第2取付部材には、上向きに凹んだ第2凹部が形成されており、当該第2凹部には、前記弾性体の他端部が収容されており、
前記第1凹部及び前記第2凹部の少なくともいずれか一方に、前記弾性体との間に空間を形成する窪み部が形成されている、防振装置。 - 前記弾性体には、当該弾性体の前記第1凹部と対向する一端面及び前記第2凹部と対向する他端面の少なくともいずれか一方に、切り欠き部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記窪み部は、前記第2凹部に形成されており、前記切り欠き部は、前記弾性体の前記一端面に形成されている、請求項2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記窪み部は、ドーム状の曲面によって形作られている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
