Claims (9)
- 車体に搭載されるベースプレート上に直方体形状の複数のバッテリモジュールが車体幅方向に整列配置された電気自動車用のバッテリパックであって、
前記各バッテリモジュールの上面に沿って前後に延在する上バンド部と同バッテリモジュールの前端面及び後端面に沿って上下に前後に延在する前バンド部及び後バンド部とを一体に有して前記各バッテリモジュールを個別に取り囲み、前記前バンド部及び前記後バンド部の各々の下端に一体形成された取付片部を各々前記ベースプレートに固定された複数の固定バンドと、
前記複数のバッテリモジュールの配列方向に沿って延在し、前記複数の固定バンドに固定されて前記複数の固定バンドを互いに連結する連結プレートとを有するバッテリパック。 - 前記連結プレートは前記各固定バンドの前記上バンド部に固定されている請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記連結プレートの前縁或いは後縁から延出して前記複数のバッテリモジュールの前端面或いは後端面に沿って延在して前記前バンド部或いは後バンド部に固定された拡張プレートを前記連結プレートと一体に有し、前記連結プレートと前記拡張プレートとの接続部に車体幅方向に延在する折曲線を含んでいる請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記固定バンドは、前記上バンド部と前記前バンド部との接続部、前記上バンド部と前記後バンド部との接続部、前記前バンド部と前側の前記取付片部との接続部及び前記後バンド部と後側の前記取付片部との接続部に、各々車体幅方向に延在する折曲線を含んでいる請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記固定バンドは、前記前バンド部及び前記後バンド部の下端側と前記取付片部の幅が当該固定バンドの他の部分より大きく、前記取付片部を貫通するボルトによって前記ベースプレートに着脱可能に固定されている請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベースプレートは、前記各バッテリモジュールに当接して当該各バッテリモジュールの車体幅方向の移動を規制する突部を有する請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記各バッテリモジュールは、前記固定バンドに当接して当該固定バンドの車体幅方向の移動を規制する突部を有する請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュールは、車体前後方向の寸法が、車体幅方向及び上下方向の寸法より大きい直方体形状である請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前後方向に延在する左右のサイドフレームを有し、前記左右のサイドフレーム間に請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のバッテリパックを配置されている電気自動車。
