Abstract
【解決手段】センサ付きコネクタ17は、樹脂製のコネクタ本体21と、圧力センサ23とを備える。コネクタ本体21は、第一配管16aに接続される第一主筒部30、第二配管18に接続される第二主筒部40、及び、センサ取付部50を有する。第一主筒部30と第二主筒部40とは、角度を有して接続されている。センサ取付部50は、第一主筒部30と第二主筒部40の一方の延長線上に形成され且つ底面を有する導入筒部51と、導入筒部51の周面開口51cに連通し、圧力センサ23を取り付け可能なセンサ取付座部52とを備える。

Description
自動車の燃料ライン1の全体構成について、図1を参照して説明する。燃料ライン1は、給油口11、燃料タンク12、給油口11から燃料タンク12に燃料を供給するフィラー配管13、燃料タンク12から給油口11側に燃料蒸気を還流させるブリーザ配管14を備える。燃料ライン1は、燃料タンク12からエンジンE/Gに燃料を供給するフィード配管15を備える。
次に、コネクタ17を構成するコネクタ本体21及びリテーナ22の詳細構成について、図2−図7を参照して説明する。コネクタ本体21及びリテーナ22は、樹脂製である。
次に、コネクタ17の詳細構成について、図8−図11を参照して説明する。コネクタ17は、上述したように、コネクタ本体21、リテーナ22、圧力センサ23、大気ボックスカバー24及び大気導入配管25を備える。
センサ付きコネクタ17は、樹脂製のコネクタ本体21と、圧力センサ23とを備える。コネクタ本体21は、配管16aに接続される第一主筒部30、ORVR配管18に接続される第二主筒部40、及び、センサ取付部50を有する。圧力センサ23は、センサ取付部50に取り付けられ、コネクタ本体21を流通する流体圧を検出する。
Claims (7)
- 第一配管に接続される第一主筒部、第二配管に接続される第二主筒部、及び、センサ取付部を有する樹脂製のコネクタ本体と、
前記センサ取付部に取り付けられ、前記コネクタ本体を流通する流体圧を検出する圧力センサと、
を備え、
前記第一主筒部と前記第二主筒部とは、角度を有して接続され、
前記センサ取付部は、
前記第一主筒部と前記第二主筒部の一方の延長線上に形成され且つ底面を有する導入筒部と、
前記導入筒部の周面開口に連通し、前記圧力センサを取り付け可能なセンサ取付座部と、
を備える、センサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記導入筒部は、前記第一主筒部の流路と前記第二主筒部の流路の一方の断面積より小さな断面積の流路となる小径部を有し、
前記導入筒部の前記小径部の流路の全ては、前記第一主筒部の流路と前記第二主筒部の流路の一方の延長線上の一部のみに形成される、請求項1に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記センサ取付部は、さらに、大気ボックス基部を備え、
前記センサ付きコネクタは、さらに、
前記大気ボックス基部に取り付けられ、前記大気ボックス基部との間に大気を収容する大気ボックスカバーと、
前記圧力センサと前記大気ボックスカバーとを接続する大気導入配管と、
を備え、
前記圧力センサは、前記大気ボックス基部及び前記大気ボックスカバーの内部の大気圧を基準として前記コネクタ本体を流通する流体圧を検出する、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記大気ボックス基部は、水抜き穴を備え、
前記水抜き穴は、前記圧力センサの大気導入部より下方に形成される、請求項3に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記大気ボックス基部及び前記大気ボックスカバーは、長尺状に形成され、
前記水抜き穴は、前記大気ボックス基部の長手方向の一方側に形成され、
前記大気導入配管は、前記大気ボックスカバーの長手方向の他方側に接続される、請求項4に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記水抜き穴は、前記大気ボックス基部の下面に形成され、
前記大気導入配管は、前記大気ボックスカバーの側面における上寄り又は前記大気ボックスカバーの上面に接続される、請求項4又は5に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタ本体は、燃料タンクとキャニスターの間に接続される、請求項1−6の何れか一項に記載のセンサ付きコネクタ。
