Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用バルブトレーン装置であって、軸方向に変位可能なカム部材(10)を備え、かつ、前記カム部材(10)を第1の切替位置へ軸方向に変位させるために提供された第1の係合部材(12)を含み、前記カム部材(10)を第2の切替位置へ軸方向に変位させるために提供された第2の係合部材(13)を含む調整装置(11)を備え、前記調整装置(11)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)が前記第1の切替位置に誘導される第1のスライド経路(14)を備え、かつ前記第2の係合部材(13)が前記第2の切替位置に誘導される第2のスライド経路(15)を備え、前記第1の係合部材(12)は、前記第2の係合部材(13)と永続的に連結して形成されている、バルブトレーン装置、であって、
前記調整装置(11)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)を前記第2の切替位置で戻り力に対抗して保持するために提供されているトリガ装置(16)を含むことを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記トリガ装置(16)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)を前記第2の切替位置で前記戻り力に対抗して保持するために提供されている電磁石(17)を含むことを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記トリガ装置(16)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)に前記第1のスライド経路(14)の方向に前記戻り力を及ぼすために提供された戻りばね(18)を含むことを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記戻りばね(18)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)が前記電磁石(17)の停止後に前記第1の切替位置への切替過程の実施用に前記第1のスライド経路(14)に導き戻すために提供されていることを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記第1のスライド経路(14)は、前記第1の切替位置での前記カム部材(10)の回転時に、前記第1の係合部材(12)を前記カム部材(10)の半径方向(19)に揺動しながら移動させるために提供されていることを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記第1の係合部材(12)は、前記戻り力が前記第1の係合部材(12)の移動部分領域(20)で前記第1の係合部材(12)に作用する前記トリガ装置(16)のトリガ力よりも大きいように、前記トリガ装置(16)に配置されていることを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記調整装置(11)は、前記第1の係合部材(12)及び前記第2の係合部材(13)を共通枢動軸(21)周りに支承するレバー部材(33)を含むことを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブトレーン装置であって、
前記カム部材(10)を回転不能に支承するためのカムシャフト(22)では、前記調整装置(11)は、前記カムシャフト(22)の長手方向自由端(26)に配置されていることを特徴とする、バルブトレーン装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブトレーン装置を備える、エンジンブレーキを有する内燃機関。
- 第1の係合部材(12)が第2の係合部材(13)と永続的に連結されている調整装置(11)により、第1の切替位置から第2の切替位置に回転するカム部材(10)を軸方向に変位させるための方法、であって、
前記第1の係合部材(12)は、トリガ装置(16)によって前記第2の切替位置で戻り力に対抗して保持されることを特徴とする、方法。
