- 前記第1の導管遠位端は第1の導管接合面を規定し、前記第2の導管近位端は前記接合部で前記第1の導管接合面と相補的な第2の導管接合面を規定し、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は、実質的に平面であり、互いにぴったりと接触するようになっていて、互いに結合されると密な継ぎ目が生じ、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は前記導管内側表面に対して45度より大きな角度で下流方向に向いており、これにより前記弁葉の少なくとも一部が前記接合部で前記導管内側表面から前記下流方向に45度より大きな角度で延びて、これにより前記弁葉が閉位置に向かって傾くようになっている、請求項1に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記第1の導管遠位端は第1の導管接合面を規定し、前記第2の導管近位端は前記接合部で前記第1の導管接合面と相補的な第2の導管接合面を規定し、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は、実質的に平面であり、互いにぴったりと接触するようになっていて、互いに結合されると密な継ぎ目が生じ、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は、前記導管内側表面に対して垂直であり、前記弁葉は前記接合部で前記導管内側表面から垂直に延び、これにより前記弁葉が閉位置に向かって傾くようになっている、請求項1に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記第1の導管遠位端は第1の導管接合面を規定し、前記第2の導管近位端は前記接合部で前記第1の導管接合面と相補的な第2の導管接合面を規定し、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は、実質的に平面であり、互いにぴったりと接触するようになっていて、互いに結合されると密な継ぎ目が生じ、前記第1の導管接合面及び前記第2の導管接合面は、開位置にある前記弁葉の角度又は閉位置にある前記弁葉の角度で又はそれらの間の角度で、前記接合部で前記導管内側表面に対して下流方向に傾いており、前記弁葉は、前記開位置にある前記弁葉の前記角度又は前記閉位置にある前記弁葉の前記角度で又はそれらの間の前記角度で、前記接合部で前記導管内側表面に対して前記下流方向に傾いて延びる、請求項1に記載の弁付き導管。
- 弁葉と、
導管とを含み、前記弁葉は前記導管の外側にある部分と、前記導管の内側にある部分とを含む、弁付き導管。 - 前記弁葉は導管内側表面から垂直に延び、これにより前記弁葉は閉位置に向かって傾いている、請求項49に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記弁葉は導管内側表面から45度より大きな角度で傾いて延び、これにより前記弁葉は閉位置に向かって傾いている、請求項49に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記導管は前記弁葉から遠位にある洞を含む、請求項49に記載の弁付き導管。
- 第1の導管遠位端を有する第1の導管部及び交連スロットを規定する第2の導管近位端を有する第2の導管部を含み、導管内側表面及び導管外側表面を有する導管と、
1枚以上の弁葉及びブリッジ領域を規定する弁葉構成体とを含み、
前記ブリッジ領域の各々は前記交連スロットのうちの1つを通過し、前記弁葉は前記導管内側表面から延びる、弁付き導管。 - 前記弁葉構成体は複数枚の弁葉及び該弁葉の各々の間のブリッジ領域を規定する連続的な環状リングであり、各ブリッジ領域はブリッジループ及び接合首状部を規定し、
前記接合首状部の各々は前記交連スロットのうちの1つを通過し、これにより前記ブリッジループは前記導管外側表面に隣接し、前記弁葉は前記導管内側表面から延びている、請求項53に記載の弁付き導管。 - 複数の保持要素を更に含み、各保持要素は前記ブリッジループ内で受け入れられるようになっており、各保持要素は前記交連スロットの幅よりも大きな寸法を有し、前記保持要素のうちの1つは各ブリッジループ内で受け入れられ、これにより前記ブリッジループは前記導管外側表面に隣接する、請求項54に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記弁葉は前記交連スロットから前記導管内側表面に対して垂直な方向に延びる、請求項53に記載の弁付き導管。
- 前記弁葉構成体は前記導管外側表面で前記導管に機械的に結合される、請求項53に記載の弁付き導管。
- 導管を用意する工程と、
前記導管を、第1の導管遠位端及び第2の導管近位端を規定する切断線に沿って、第1の導管部と第2の導管部とに切断する工程と、
前記第2の導管近位端に複数の交連スロットを規定する工程と、
1層以上の延伸PTFE複合体を含む材料を用意する工程と、
各々がブリッジ領域によって分離されている複数枚の弁葉取付縁部を規定する弁葉を含む弁葉構成体を前記材料から切断する工程と、
前記ブリッジ領域の各々を折り曲げてブリッジループ及び導管内側表面から放射状に延びる接合首状部を規定する工程と、
それぞれの接合首状部を前記交連スロットの各々に配置する工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部を前記第1の導管遠位端と前記第2の導管近位端の間に配置し、前記第1の導管遠位端及び前記第2の導管近位端を縫合し接合部を規定する工程と、
を含む、弁付き導管を作製する方法。 - 支持フレームを用意する工程と、
前記支持フレームを導管外側表面に隣接する前記接合部の周りに結合する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項58に記載の方法。 - 複数の保持要素を用意する工程と、
前記保持要素を、前記導管の外側表面に隣接する前記ブリッジループの各々に配置する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項58に記載の方法。 - 分割線及び前記導管内の糸穴を密閉する工程を更に含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 各々が自由縁部及び弁葉基部に隣接する弁葉取付縁部を有するブリッジ領域により互いに結合された複数枚の弁葉を規定する弁葉構成体を用意する工程と、
導管内側表面及び導管外側表面を有する導管を用意する工程と、
前記導管を第1の導管遠位端を有する第1の導管部及び第2の導管近位端を有する第2の導管部に、弁葉基部に適した所定のパターンを規定する分割線に沿って切断する工程と、
前記第2の導管近位端に複数の交連スロットを形成する工程と、
前記自由縁部に隣接して前記弁葉取付縁部に交連領域を形成する工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部の前記交連領域を前記第2の導管近位端の前記交連スロットに配置する工程と、
前記弁葉の前記弁葉取付縁部を互いに隣接する前記第1の導管遠位端と前記第2の導管近位端の間に配置し、前記第1の導管遠位端及び前記第2の導管近位端を結合し接合部を規定する工程と、
を含む、弁付き導管を作製する方法。 - 実質的に前記分割線の形状を有する支持フレームを用意する工程と、
前記支持フレームを前記接合部で外側表面に結合する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項62に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の導管遠位端及び前記第2の導管近位端に隣接して複数の糸穴を形成する工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部に隣接して弁葉糸穴からなる弁葉糸穴内側列及び弁葉糸穴外側列を形成する工程と、
縫合糸を前記第1の導管遠位端の前記糸穴のうちの1つから入り前記導管内側表面まで進め、前記弁葉糸穴内側列のうちの1つの弁葉糸穴を通り、前記第2の導管近位端の前記糸穴のうちの1つを通って出て前記導管外側表面まで通過させ、前記支持フレームの外径を越えて、次いで前記弁葉糸穴外側列のうちの1つの弁葉糸穴を通って進めることにより、前記導管の前記分割線に沿って縫合する工程と、
前記分割線に沿って次組の糸穴で前記縫合を繰り返す工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部を前記接合部内に配置した状態で、前記第1の導管遠位端と前記第2の導管近位端の前記分割線を結びつけるように、前記縫合糸に張力をかける工程と、
を更に含む、請求項63に記載の方法。 - 前記弁葉構成体の前記ブリッジ領域にループを形成する工程と、
前記ブリッジ領域を前記交連スロットに配置した後で前記ループ内部に保持要素を配置する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項62に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の導管遠位端及び前記第2の導管近位端に隣接して複数の糸穴を形成する工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部に隣接して弁葉糸穴からなる弁葉糸穴内側列及び弁葉糸穴外側列を形成する工程と、
縫合糸を前記第1の導管遠位端の前記糸穴のうちの1つから入り前記導管内側表面まで進め、前記弁葉糸穴内側列のうちの1つの弁葉糸穴を通し、前記第2の導管近位端の前記糸穴のうちの1つを通して前記導管外側表面まで通し、次いで前記弁葉糸穴外側列のうちの1つの弁葉糸穴を通って進めることにより、前記導管の前記分割線に沿って縫合する工程と、
前記分割線に沿って次組の糸穴で前記縫合を繰り返す工程と、
前記弁葉取付縁部を前記接合部内に配置した状態で、前記第1の導管遠位端と前記第2の導管近位端の前記分割線を結びつけるように、前記縫合糸に張力をかける工程と、
を更に含む、請求項62に記載の方法。 - 前記分割線及び前記導管内の糸穴を密閉する工程を更に含む、請求項62に記載の方法。
