Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- ホットスタンプ構成部材の製造方法であって、
熱間成形金型焼き入れによりホットスタンプ構成部材を提供する工程と、
微細構造が変更された、幅が異なるホットステンプ構成部材の第1の領域及び第2の領域を選択する工程と、
1以上の光学部材、及びレーザビームを生成するレーザ光源を備えたレーザシステムを提供する工程と、
レーザシステを構成部材の長さに沿ってレーザシステムを動かして、その間に、レーザシステムを用いてホットスタンプ構成部材の微細構造を変更するため、単一経路において、選択された第1の領域及び第2の領域にレーザビームを照射する工程と、
を含み、
レーザビームのスポットサイズが、レーザビームの照射中に調整され、第1及び第2の領域の幅に適合され、
ホットスタンプ構成部材の所定の領域で測定された温度に基づいて、レーザビームの出力が調整され、
第1の領域が衝突時にエネルギを吸収する柔らかい領域であり、第2の領域が次の工程で用いられる領域である方法。 - 第2の領域がフランジまたはリベット領域である,請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホットスタンプ構成部材の領域を選択する工程が、ホットスタンプ構成部材の衝突試験を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ホットスタンプ構成部材の領域を定める工程が、ホットスタンプ構成部材のシミュレーション試験を行うことを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- レーザビームを照射することが、レーザビームスポットの幅を8mmから180mmに調整すること、及びレーザスポットの高さを8mmから180mmに調整することを含む、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームを照射することが、光学部材上の連続駆動動作を用いて、レーザビームスポットのサイズ調整することを含む、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームを照射することが、1kWから10kWの間の出力であって、光学的に2.3kWから5.5kWのレーザビームを用いることを含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームを照射することが、5mm/sから100mm/sの前進速度でレーザシステムを用いることを含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームを照射することが、ホットスタンプ構成部材の所定の領域における温度を測定する光学温度計を用いることを含む、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 選択された領域微細構造の修正することが、ホットスタンプ構成部材の選択された領域に沿って一定温度を維持することを含む、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームスポットの形状が実質的に矩形である、請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビームスポットの形状が実質的に円形である、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の方法により得られた構成部材。
