Claims (9)
- 加熱装置(10)、特に自動車用の電気加熱装置であって、熱交換器ハウジング(12)と、熱入力面で熱を吸収する熱交換器コア(14)と、前記加熱装置(10)を制御するための電子部品(16、18)を支持するプリント回路基板(20)とを有し、
− 前記プリント回路基板(20)は、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の外側部(22)に配置され、
− 前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の前記外側部(22)に面する前記プリント回路基板(20)の一方の側(26)に温度センサ(24)が配置され、
− 前記温度センサ(24)を前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の前記外側部(22)に熱伝導方式で接続する接続手段(28)が設けられ、
− 前記熱交換器コア(14)の前記熱入力面は前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)に熱伝導方式で接続され、それによって前記接続手段(28)への連続した短い熱橋が発生し、この熱橋は前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の内部を通じて延びる、加熱装置。 - 前記熱交換器コア(14)の前記熱入力面と前記接続手段(28)との間の前記熱橋は、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)と前記熱交換器コア(14)との間に接続(36)を備える、請求項1に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記接続(36)は、物質接着式の接続である、請求項2に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)は、前記接続手段(28)のすぐ近くで、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の残りの部分と比較して薄くなった壁厚(30)を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記温度センサ(24)は、SMDセンサである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記電子部品(16、18)は、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の前記外側部(22)から離れるように向いている前記プリント回路基板(20)の一方の側(32)に配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記電子部品(16、18)は、前記プリント回路基板(20)の平面内で前記温度センサ(24)からある距離に配置される、請求項6に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 前記プリント回路基板(20)は、異なる熱伝導度を有する複数の領域を有し、少なくとも前記温度センサ(24)が配置される前記プリント回路基板(20)の領域は、前記プリント回路基板(20)の他の領域と比較して減少した熱伝導度を有する、請求項6又は7に記載の加熱装置(10)。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置を有する自動車。
