Claims (12)
- 熱交換器の外側及び/又は内部に施工された少なくとも一つの電気加熱コーティング(13)を備える、特に自動車の内燃機関に接続するための油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)が、前記油水熱交換器に直接施工される、又は、前記油水熱交換器に間接的に絶縁層(14)の上に施工され、前記絶縁層(14)が、好ましくは、下地の表面の不動態化、特に酸化又は陽極酸化によって設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)が、低電圧域で作動するように設計され、好ましくは、12ボルト、24ボルト、又は48ボルト用に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)が、前記油水熱交換器の熱交換器カバー(12)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)が、連続層、好ましくは、溶射層として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)が、構造化された層として形成され、前記加熱コーティング(13)が、好ましくは、マスキングプロセスの手段によって構造化されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記加熱コーティング(13)の高さが、好ましくは、少なくとも5μm、好ましくは、少なくとも10μm及び/又はせいぜい30μm、好ましくは、せいぜい20μmであり、且つ/或いは、前記加熱コーティング(13)によって形成される導電体のトラックの幅が、少なくとも3mm、好ましくは、少なくとも10mm、より好ましくは、少なくとも30mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 保護コーティングが前記加熱コーティング(13)を覆って施工される、又は、前記加熱コーティング(13)が、前記油水熱交換器の外側を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 前記油水熱交換器が、複数のモジュール、特に複数のトラフ要素を有し、少なくとも一つの加熱コーティング(13)が、二つのモジュール、特にトラフ要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- 電気加熱コーティング(13)を有するタービュレータが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器。
- −油水熱交換器を提供するステップと、
−前記油水熱交換器に電気加熱コーティング(13)を施工するステップと
を含む、油水熱交換器、特に請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器を製造するための方法。 - 自動車の油水熱交換器、特に自動車の内燃機関用の油水熱交換器として、特に請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の油水熱交換器、又は請求項11に従って製造される油水熱交換器の使用。
