Claims (8)
- 車両用加熱装置(12)のための温度センサ(22)を有する熱交換器(10)であって、
前記温度センサ(22)と、
熱入力面(14)と、
前記熱入力面(14)に配置された電気発熱エレメント(16)と、
加熱される媒体に熱を伝える熱出力面(18)と
を備え、
前記温度センサが前記熱出力面(18)の凹部(20)内に配置され、
加熱される媒体(32)が流れることができる少なくとも一つのダクト(30)を前記熱出力面(18)と共に画定するカバー(28)が設けられ、
前記カバー(28)が、前記温度センサ(22)を前記凹部(20)内に挿入可能な開口(34)を含むことを特徴とする、熱交換器(10)。 - 前記凹部(20)が盲穴として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前記温度センサ(22)が、前記凹部(20)を埋めるスリーブ(24)内で注型されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(24)がセラミック材から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(24)が、一体接合及び/又は嵌合及び/又は圧入で前記凹部(20)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前記熱出力面(18)がフィン(26)によって少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前記開口(34)が、密封装置(36)によって前記ダクト(30)から隔てられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器(10)を備える車両用加熱装置(12)。
