Claims (18)
- 正極と負極との間に分離膜が介在している状態で地面を基準として高さ方向に積層された構造の電極積層体が、電池缶の内部に密封された状態で内蔵されており、
前記電池缶は、中空部が形成されている管状に形成されており、前記電極積層体は、前記電池缶の形状に対応する形状からなることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記電極積層体は、地面を基準として高さ方向(‘長軸’)に積層された長さが、前記高さ方向に垂直な水平方向(‘短軸’)の長さよりも相対的に大きい構造からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記中空部の大きさは、前記電池缶の上端面の面積対比5%〜80%の大きさで形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池缶は、SUS(stainless use steel)、ニッケル(nickel)、銅(Cu)、及びアルミニウム(Al)からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、外部入出力端子が前記電池缶の一側端部又は両側端部に突出して形成されている構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、前記電極積層体の正極を連結して正極入出力端子に接続される正極接続部材、及び電極積層体の負極を連結して負極入出力端子に接続される負極接続部材を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記正極接続部材及び負極接続部材は電池缶の内部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記正極接続部材及び負極接続部材は、電極積層体の外面と電池缶の内面との間の空間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池セル。
- 前記正極接続部材及び負極接続部材はそれぞれ金属板材からなっており、前記金属板材は、電極積層体の外面に対面する方向に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池缶は、樹脂層及び金属層を含むラミネートシートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池缶の素材は金属又はプラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極積層体は、ジェリーロール型構造、スタック型構造、スタック/フォールディング型構造、またはラミネーション/スタック型構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極積層体は、水平方向の断面形状が円形、楕円形または多角形構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池缶の外面には外装フィルムが付着していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルはリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルを1つ以上含むことを特徴とする、電池パック。
- 請求項16に記載の電池パックを電源として使用することを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、ノートパソコン、携帯電話、PDP、PMP、MP3プレーヤー、DSC(Digital Still Camera)、DVR、スマートフォン、GPSシステム、カムコーダー、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
