前記電極組立体は、電極端子の位置を基準として垂直方向に積層されており、電極組立体の界面において、上部位置の電極組立体の一側下端縁部は下部位置の電極組立体の上面と接し、下部位置の電極組立体の一側上端縁部は上部位置の電極組立体の下面と接する構造で積層されており、
前記電池ケースは、電極組立体の積層外形に対応する内面形状を含む構造からなっている。

Claims (16)
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に介在した分離膜の構造を有する2つ以上の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている電池セルであって、
前記電極組立体は、電極端子の位置を基準として垂直方向に積層されており、電極組立体の界面において、上部位置の電極組立体の一側下端縁部は、下部位置の電極組立体の上面と接し、下部位置の電極組立体の一側上端縁部は、上部位置の電極組立体の下面と接する構造で積層されており、
前記電池ケースは、電極組立体の積層外形に対応する内面形状からなり、
前記電極組立体は、ジェリーロール型構造、スタック型構造、及び、スタック/フォールディング型構造の中から選択される2つ以上の任意の構造の組み合わせを有するように構成され、
前記電極組立体は、電極端子が同じ方向に配列されるように積層されていることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体は、全体的に板状の六面体構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体は、垂直断面視でそれぞれ高さよりも相対的に長さが長い楕円形状のジェリーロール型構造を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体は、スタック型構造またはスタック/フォールディング型構造を備え、前記スタック型構造またはスタック/フォールディング型構造は、積層された状態で最外郭に位置する電極は同じ極性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記最外郭に位置する電極は負極であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極端子が突出している電極組立体の一面は上下に隣接する構造で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記下部位置の電極組立体の上面と接する上部位置の電極組立体の一側下端縁部、及び前記上部位置の電極組立体の下面と接する下部位置の電極組立体の一側上端縁部は、それぞれ電極端子が延びる方向を基準として垂直方向の縁部のうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体は、大きさが互いに同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体のうちの少なくとも2つの電極組立体は、厚さ、横幅(横の長さ)及び縦幅(縦の長さ)のうちの少なくとも1つが互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記上部位置の電極組立体の下面は、20〜95%の面積で下部位置の電極組立体の上面と対面していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは、樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケース、または金属缶であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ラミネートシートの電池ケースまたは金属缶には、幅と高さにおいて段差構造を有する収納部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ラミネートシートの電池ケースは上部ケース及び下部ケースからなっており、前記上部ケースと下部ケースは、互いに結合されて密封された空間上に、積層された電極組立体が収容可能なように、電極組立体の積層外形に対応して収納部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池セルまたはリチウムイオンポリマー電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを電源として含んでいる、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレットPC、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
