Claims (9)
- コンテナ胴体(10)の内側において側壁部(13)に溶接される多数の第1の離隔部材(20)と、
前記コンテナ胴体(10)の内側において天井部(14)に溶接される多数の第2の離隔部材(30)と、
前記第1の離隔部材(20)に結合されて前記側壁部(13)の間に第1の離隔空間(D1)を形成する多数の第1の断熱パネル(40)と、
前記第2の離隔部材(30)に結合されて前記天井部(14)の間に第2の離隔空間(D2)を形成する多数の第2の断熱パネル(50)と、
前記第1及び第2の断熱パネル(40)、(50)の表面に貼り付けられる多数の仕上げパネル(60)と、
を備えることを特徴とする断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。 - 前記第1及び第2の断熱パネル(40)、(50)は、
前記第1及び第2の離隔空間(D1)(D2)を経由する電気配線においてスパークが発生しても、そのスパークにより火災が発生することを防ぐために、発泡スチレン製の第1及び第2の断熱材(41)、(51)の両面に第2の鉄板(42)、(52)が貼り付けられて実現されるサンドイッチパネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。 - 前記コンテナ胴体(10)の一方の側及び他方の側に形成されたものであり、前記第1の離隔空間(D1)と連通される第1の流入通気孔(71)及び第1の排出通気孔(72)と、
前記第1の排出通気孔(72)と連通されて前記第1の離隔空間(D1)、(D2)に負圧を形成するファンユニット(80)と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。 - 前記コンテナ胴体(10)の一方の側及び他方の側に形成されたものであり、前記第2の離隔空間(D2)と連通される第2の流入通気孔(75)及び第2の排出通気孔(76)と、
前記第2の排出通気孔(76)と連通されて前記第2の離隔空間(D1)、(D2)に負圧を形成するファンユニット(80)と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。 - 前記ファンユニット(80)は、
前記第1の排出通気孔(72)又は第2の排出通気孔(76)を取り囲むファンハウジング(81)及び前記ファンハウジング(81)に配設されてそのファンハウジング(81)の内部の空気を外部に排出するファン(82)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。 - 外気の温度を測定して対応する第1の温度信号(S1)を発生させる第1の温度センサー(91)と、前記側壁部(13)及び天井部(14)のうちの少なくとも一方の温度を測定して対応する第2の温度信号(S2)を発生させる第2の温度センサー(92)と、前記第1の温度信号(S1)及び第2の温度信号(S2)により測定された温度差が設定された温度差以上であるときに前記ファン(80)を作動させるファン作動部(93)と、を有するファンコントローラ(90)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。
- 前記第1の離隔空間(D1)の内部に配設されたものであり、そこを経由する空気が前記側壁部(13)の全面に接触されながら流れるように渦流を形成する多数の第1の渦流形成部材(73)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。
- 前記第2の離隔空間(D2)の内部に配設されたものであり、そこを経由する空気が前記天井部(14)の全面に接触されながら流れるように渦流を形成する多数の第2の渦流形成部材(77)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。
- 前記第1の流入通気孔(71)又は第2の流入通気孔(75)に雨や雪が振り込まないように取り囲み、前記第1の流入通気孔(71)又は第2の流入通気孔(75)よりも下部側に空気が流入するカバー入口(100a)が形成された構造を有するルーフカバー(100)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の断熱性が補強されたコンテナハウス。
