Claims (9)
- 駆動輪、位相調整器又は位相調整器の一部などの端部部品(11)が配置されたキャリアシャフト(10)を有し、位置を固定するように前記キャリアシフト(10)に取り付けられた複数のカム要素(12)を有する、内燃機関のバルブを制御するための使用準備完了カムシャフト(1)の製造方法であって、少なくとも、
a)前記キャリアシャフト(10)及び前記端部部品(11)を設ける工程と、
b)前記キャリアシャフト(10)に前記端部部品(11)を接合する工程と、
c)使用準備完了状態を確立するように、複数のカム座(13)を形成すべく少なくとも前記キャリアシャフト(10)を研削する工程と、
d)第1のカム座(13)に表面形状(14)を導入する工程と、
e)使用準備完了特性を有するカム要素(12)を配設する工程と、
f)前記表面形状(14)が設けられた前記第1のカム座(13)に前記カム要素(12)を取り付ける工程と、
g)必要な数のカム要素(12)に対応する回数だけ工程d)〜f)を繰り返す工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記工程c)が、使用準備完了状態を確立するために前記端部部品(11)を機械加工すること、特に研削機械加工することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアシャフト(10)を研削することが、前記複数のカム座(13)を機械加工することと、前記キャリアシャフト(10)に形成され、前記複数のカム座(13)の間に又は該複数のカム座(13)に隣接して形成された、軸受箇所(15)を仕上げ機械加工することと、を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 使用準備完了状態を確立するために、前記キャリアシャフト(10)、特に前記端部部品(11)を研削することが、研削設備上で行われ、少なくとも前記表面形状(14)を導入すること、及び、前記カム要素(12)を取り付けることが、カム取付設備上で行われる、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- カム取付設備上での前記表面形状(14)の前記導入及び前記カム要素(12)の前記取り付けのため、前記端部部品(11)が前記カム取付設備においてクランプされ、
前記キャリアシャフト(10)が心押し台(16)によって前記端部部品(11)の反対側でクランプされる、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記配設のために、及び、前記表面形状(14)を備える前記複数のカム座(13)への前記取り付けのために、全ての前記カム要素(12)の前記接合工程の間、前記心押し台(16)が前記キャリアシャフト(10)に配置されたままとなるように、前記カム要素(12)が前記心押し台(16)上を案内される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 使用準備完了特性を有する前記カム要素(12)の前記配設のため、前記カム要素(12)が、前記キャリアシャフト(10)に取り付けられる前に最終寸法に研削され、及び/又は、表面仕上げ機械加工され、特に前記キャリアシャフト(10)上での後の方向に対応する回転方向を有する、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 使用準備完了特性を有する前記カム要素(12)の前記配設のため、前記カム要素(12)が、前記キャリアシャフト(10)に取り付けられる前にコーティングされる、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記カム要素(12)が、使用準備完了状態を確立するための前記研削によって生成された前記複数のカム座(13)の直径より、わずかに大きい直径を有する穴を備える、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の方法。
