Description
保護フィルムおよび偏光板の製造
実施例1
陽イオン硬化型単量体としてcelloxide 8000(製造会社:Daicel)6g、ラジカル硬化型単量体としてペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)6g、陽イオン光重合開始剤(商品名:UVI−6976、製造会社:Dow chemical)0.05g、ラジカル光重合開始剤(商品名:Irgacure 184)0.1g、MEK10gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
陽イオン硬化型単量体としてcelloxide 8000(製造会社:Daicel)6g、ラジカル硬化型単量体としてペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)6g、陽イオン光重合開始剤(商品名:UVI−6976、製造会社:Dow chemical)0.05g、ラジカル光重合開始剤(商品名:Irgacure 184)0.1g、表面改質されたコロイダルシリカMEK−AC−2140Z(製造会社:Nissan chemical、固形分30%)30g、MEK5gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。

陽イオン硬化型単量体としてcelloxide 8000(製造会社:Daicel)10g、ラジカル硬化型単量体としてペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)2g、陽イオン光重合開始剤(商品名:UVI−6976、製造会社:Dow chemical)0.05g、ラジカル光重合開始剤(商品名:Irgacure 184)0.1g、表面改質されたコロイダルシリカMEK−AC−2140Z(製造会社:Nissan chemical、固形分30%)30g、MEK5gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
ラジカル硬化型単量体としてペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)10g、ラジカル光重合開始剤(商品名:Irgacure 184)0.1g、MEK5gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
比較例1の樹脂組成物において、表面改質されたコロイダルシリカMEK−AC−2140Z(製造会社:Nissan chemical、固形分30%)30gをさらに混合したことを除いては比較例1と同様に保護フィルムを製造した。
陽イオン硬化型単量体としてcelloxide 8000(製造会社:Daicel)12g、陽イオン光重合開始剤(商品名:UVI−6976、製造会社:Dow chemical)0.05g、MEK5gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
<測定方法>
実施例および比較例の偏光子保護フィルムおよび偏光板について下記の方法で物性を測定した。
Haze meter(HM150)を用いて透過率とヘイズを測定した。
鉛筆硬度測定器を用いて前記偏光子保護フィルムのコーティング層表面に対して測定標準ASTM D3363に準拠して500gの荷重で1回引っ掻いた後、キズがない硬度を確認した。
Steel wool #0000に一定の荷重をかけて前記偏光子保護フィルムのコーティング層表面に対して往復して10回擦った後、キズが生じない荷重を確認した。
各偏光子保護フィルムを10cm×10cmに切断して常温で24時間保管した後に平面に位置させた時、各角の一辺が平面から離隔する距離の平均値を測定した。コーティング面方向にカールが生じた場合は+、反対方向にカールが生じた場合は−に表記した。また、保護フィルムが巻かれて平面から離隔する距離を測定できない場合はNGに表記した。
強度およびモジュラスは、次のような方法で測定した。
20…粘着剤層
30…偏光子
40…接着剤層
50…上部保護フィルム
200…偏光板
Claims (22)
- 陽イオン硬化型単量体と、陽イオン光重合開始剤と、ラジカル硬化型単量体と、ラジカル光重合開始剤と、を含む樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物の総重量を100重量部とする時、前記陽イオン硬化型単量体を20から90重量部、前記陽イオン光重合開始剤を0.01から5重量部、前記ラジカル硬化型単量体を5から70重量部、前記ラジカル光重合開始剤を0.01から5重量部で含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体は、エポキシ基(epoxy)、オキセタン基(oxetane)、ビニルエーテル基(vinyl ether)、およびシロキサン基(siloxane)からなる群より選択される1種以上の官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体は、分子内に1個以上のエポキシ基を含む、請求項3に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体は、分子内に1個以上のシクロアルキル基を含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ラジカル硬化型単量体は、多官能アクリレート系単量体である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記多官能アクリレート系単量体は、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(TPGDA)、エチレングリコールジアクリレート(EGDA)、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)、トリメチロールプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート(TMPEOTA)、グリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレート(GPTA)、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)、およびジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項6に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体およびラジカル硬化型単量体の重量比は、2:8から9:1である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 無機微粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 基材と、
前記基材の少なくとも一面に備えられるコーティング層と、を含み、
前記コーティング層は、陽イオン硬化型単量体の硬化樹脂と、ラジカル硬化型単量体の硬化樹脂と、を含む偏光子保護フィルム。 - 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体は、分子内に1個以上のエポキシ基を含む、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体は、分子内に1個以上のシクロアルキル基を含む、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記陽イオン硬化型単量体の硬化樹脂およびラジカル硬化型単量体の硬化樹脂の重量比は、2:8から9:1である、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記ラジカル硬化型単量体は、多官能アクリレート系単量体である、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記多官能アクリレート系単量体は、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(TPGDA)、エチレングリコールジアクリレート(EGDA)、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)、トリメチロールプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート(TMPEOTA)、グリセリンプロポキシル化トリアクリレート(GPTA)、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート(PETA)、およびジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項14に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記コーティング層は、無機微粒子をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 前記コーティング層の厚さは、2から50μmである、請求項10に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- 偏光子と、
接着剤層と、
請求項10から17のいずれか一項に記載の偏光子保護フィルムと、を含む偏光板。 - 前記偏光子保護フィルムは、上部保護フィルムであり、前記偏光子の下部には偏光子保護フィルムを含まない、請求項18に記載の偏光板。
- ASTM D3363に準拠して500g荷重で測定した鉛筆硬度が3H以上である、請求項10から17のいずれか一項に記載の偏光子保護フィルム。
- ナノインデンテーション(Nano indentation)法により測定した時、4GPa以上のモジュラス(modulus)を示す、請求項18に記載の偏光板。
- ナノインデンテーション(Nano indentation)法により測定した時、0.4GPa以上の強度(hardness)を示す、請求項18に記載の偏光板。
