Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- a)第1供給原料中に混合物状態の着色剤を混合する工程;
b)第2供給原料中の熱可塑性担体を予備溶融させる工程;および
c)マスターバッチ組成物を形成するために、第1供給原料の前記混合物と、第2供給原料の溶融させた前記熱可塑性担体を合わせる工程
を含む、分流法による高負荷量良好分散マスターバッチ組成物の作製方法。 - 前記混合する工程で、前記第1供給原料、前記第2供給原料またはその組合せに添加剤を含める、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合する工程で、第1供給原料にメタロセンポリマー加工助剤を含め、前記メタロセンポリマー加工助剤がポリオレフィンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メタロセンポリマー加工助剤が、プロピレンモノマーを約2〜15%のエチレンコモノマーと、メタロセン触媒の存在下で重合させることによって得られる非晶質メタロセンポリプロピレンコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メタロセンポリマー加工助剤が、約0.87〜0.93g/cm3の密度、約80〜145℃の滴点および約60〜6300mPasの粘度を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合わせる工程が、前記第2供給原料を、前記第1供給原料、前記第1供給原料の上流側、前記第1供給原料の下流側に存在するポート、またはその組合せに供給することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合わせる工程で、前記第1供給原料、前記第2供給原料またはその組合せに添加剤を含める、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤が、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、難燃剤、抗菌剤、表面張力低減剤、脱臭剤、帯電防止剤、アンチブロッキング剤、可塑化剤、フィラーおよび発泡剤からなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤が約5〜60重量%である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤が、約0〜15重量%の酸化防止剤、約0〜45重量%の光安定剤および約0〜45重量%の紫外線吸収剤を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が約15〜80重量%であり、前記熱可塑性担体が約9〜60重量%であり、前記メタロセンポリマーが約2〜20重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が、有機顔料、無機顔料、単一顔料分散体、染料、被覆雲母、粉末化アルミニウム、光学的増白剤、蛍光体およびリン光体からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が約5〜50重量%の有機顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が約0〜80重量%の無機顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が、約3〜40重量%の有機顔料と約10〜60重量%の無機顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性担体が、以下:ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルケトンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマー、ポリスチレンコポリマー、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンターポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネートならびにその組合せのうちの少なくとも1種類から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに分散パッケージを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分散パッケージが、ワックス、金属塩、カップリング剤および界面活性剤からなる群より選択される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記分散パッケージが約2〜8重量%である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- さらに、以下:難燃剤、抗菌剤、表面張力低減剤、脱臭剤、帯電防止剤、アンチブロッキング剤、可塑化剤、フィラーおよび発泡剤のうちの少なくとも1種類を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- a)分流法により形成される請求項1に記載のマスターバッチ組成物を溶融加工可能なポリマーに導入し、供給原料ポリマー組成物を形成する工程であって、前記マスターバッチ組成物は顔料、熱可塑性担体および5%〜約60重量%より多くの添加剤を含み、前記添加剤は、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤および光安定剤からなる群より選択される、工程;ならびにb)前記ポリマー組成物を加工して前記マスターバッチ組成物を形成する工程を含む、高負荷量良好分散マスターバッチ組成物の作製方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により形成される前記マスターバッチ組成物を用いて作製される熱可塑性物品。
