該カートリッジキャリヤ(4)の遠位端内に配置された中空の注射針(6)であって、カートリッジキャリヤ(4)の内部に向けられた内側針部(6.2)を含み、それにより、薬剤送達デバイス(1)が初期位置(P1)にあるとき、内側針部(6.2)がカートリッジ(2)から遠位方向(D)に離間される、中空の注射針と、
カートリッジキャリヤ(4)の外部に向けられた注射針(6)の外側針部(6.1)を覆い、封止する取り外し可能な針キャップ(5)と
