Description
1.上部及び下部に表面仕上げとして金属シートを有するPIR/PUIR/PURフォーム芯材入りサンドイッチパネルの連続製造方法であって、上部金属シート及び下部金属シートを、ダブルベルトに連続的に供給し、PIR/PUIR/PUR芯材材料を、前記上部金属シート及び前記下部金属シートの間に塗布し、接着剤を、前記下部金属シートに塗布し、前記下部金属シートに塗布された前記接着剤の一部を、回転ブラシを用いて前記上部金属シートに塗布する方法。

Claims (15)
- 上部及び下部に表面仕上げとして金属シート(16、18)を有するPIR/PUIR/PURフォーム芯材入りサンドイッチパネル(12)の連続製造方法であって、上部金属シート(16)及び下部金属シート(18)を、ダブルベルト(28)に連続的に供給し、PIR/PUIR/PUR芯材材料を、前記上部金属シート(16)及び前記下部金属シート(18)の間に塗布し、接着剤を、前記下部金属シート(18)に塗布し、前記下部金属シート(18)に塗布された前記接着剤の一部を、回転ブラシ(30)を用いて前記上部金属シート(16)に塗布する方法。
- 前記回転ブラシ(30)が、前記上部金属シート(16)及び前記下部金属シート(18)の幅に平行な方向に延在する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤を、前記下部金属シート(18)の内表面(78)に塗布し、前記下部金属シート(18)に塗布された前記接着剤の一部を、前記回転ブラシ(30)を用いて前記上部金属シート(16)の内表面(80)に塗布する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤を、前記下部金属シート(18)の全幅にわたって塗布する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
