Description
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つの外層a)と該外層a)に固着された層b)とを含む複合要素の製造方法において、
前記外層a)と該外層a)に固着される層b)との間に接着促進剤c)を施与する工程と、
前記外層a)を連続的に移動させて、前記接着促進剤c)及び前記外層a)に固着される前記層b)、または前記層b)及び前記接着促進剤c)の出発原料を、前記外層に連続して施与する工程と、を備え、
前記接着促進剤c)は、回転ディスクを用いて施与され、
該回転ディスクは、端部に、先端に向かうに従って先細りとなる歯を20〜80個備えることを特徴とする複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記歯は、三角形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記歯は、四角形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記上向き端部の長さに対する前記ディスクの直径の比率が5/1から100/1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記上向き端部への移行部は角度が付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記上向き端部への移行部は丸みを帯びて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記歯が水平に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記回転ディスクは上向き端部とその端部に水平に配置された歯と備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 2枚以上で5枚以下のディスクであって、1枚のディスクが他のディスクの上に存在するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記ディスクは、
前記外層a)の上方で0.02〜0.2mの高さで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記外層a)上における接着促進剤の湿潤半径が0.25〜1.5mであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記ディスクの回転速度が200〜2500min−1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記回転速度を定期的に一時減少させかつ再び初期レベルに増大させることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記用いられる接着促進剤c)が反応性の一成分形ポリウレタンシステムまたは多成分形ポリウレタンシステムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記接着促進剤c)は、
下方の外層にイソシアネート系硬質フォームb)用の出発原料を施与する時にはオープンタイムを経過していないことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記接着促進剤c)は、
物理的発泡剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記イソシアネート系硬質フォームb)は、
ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォームであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記接着促進剤c)は、
200〜1200g/lの粗密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。 - 前記外層として、木材、サンドイッチ状の石膏ボード、ガラスタイル、アルミニウムフォイル、アルミニウム、銅板または薄鋼板を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 前記外層として、アルミニウムフォイル、アルミニウム板または薄鋼板を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の複合要素の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの外層a)と該外層a)に固着された層b)とを含む複合要素の製造装置において、
前記外層a)と該外層a)に固着される層b)との間に接着促進剤c)が施与され、
前記外層a)を連続的に移動させて、前記接着促進剤c)及び前記外層a)に固着された前記層b)、または前記層b)及び前記接着促進剤c)の出発原料が、前記外層に連続して施与され、
前記接着促進剤c)の施与を回転ディスクで行い、
該回転ディスクは、端部に、先端に向かうに従って先細りとなる歯を20〜80個を備えることを特徴とする複合要素の製造装置。
