Description
・110Vから460Vまでの間の単相または多相の入力電圧を、一定の直流リンク電圧に整流して昇圧および/または降圧するステップ、および1個または複数の冷却ファンの電源ユニットに前記直流リンク電圧を供給するステップを備え、前記直流リンク電圧は、前記第1のおよび/または前記第2の冷却ファンの動作に必要な電源電圧を、前記電源ユニットが供給できるような電圧量である。
・前記直流リンク電圧を前記3相インバータに給電するステップ;
・前記要求されるコンプレッサの出力レベルを決定するステップ;および
・前記要求されるコンプレッサの出力レベルが達成されるまで前記3相インバータによって変換されている、前記コンプレッサに基づく公称の3相電圧を調節する。
Claims (11)
- 冷却装置、特にスイッチギアキャビネット内蔵部品を冷却する冷却装置であって、
第1の熱交換器を通してスイッチギアキャビネットから空気を吹き込む第1の冷却ファンと、
第2の熱交換器を通して外気を吹き込む第2の冷却ファンと、
を備えた冷却装置において、
昇圧および/または降圧コンバータ(2)を有する電圧源(1)をさらに備え、
前記昇圧および/または降圧コンバータ(2)は、整流器(3)経由で単相または多相のワイドレンジ入力部(4)に接続され、コンデンサ(5)を直流リンク電圧に充電し、
前記直流リンク電圧は、前記ワイドレンジ入力部(4)間の主電圧よりも高圧または低圧であり、
2つの前記冷却ファンの内少なくとも一つの冷却ファンの電源ユニット(6)は、前記コンデンサ(5)に並列に接続される、
ことを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 凝縮物の管理のために、前記電圧源(1)は制御器により制御される電熱体(12)を接続するのに、発熱体の端末(12)を有し、
前記端末(12)は、前記コンデンサ(5)に並列に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。 - コンプレッサおよび、機械的または電気的な閉塞体をさらに備え、
前記コンデンサ(5)は3相インバータ(7)に並列に接続され、
前記3相インバータ(7)は、前記コンプレッサへ3相電流を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置。 - 主フィルタが、前記ワイドレンジ入力部(4)の少なくとも1つの外部導体と、1つの接地導体と、さらに存在するならば中性点導体に接続され、
前記接地導体は、前記ワイドレンジ入力部(4)から前記主フィルタ(8)を通し、前記主フィルタ(8)から直接、3相出力部(9)へと通じ、前記コンプレッサに前記3相電流が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷却装置。 - 所定のコンプレッサ出力レベルを達成するために必要な3相電力で、前記3相インバータ(7)により前記3相電流が供給されるように、インバータ制御器(10)により前記3相インバータ(7)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記昇圧および/または降圧コンバータ(2)を介して前記コンデンサ(5)を直流リンク電圧に充電するため、コンバータ制御器(11)により前記昇圧および/または降圧コンバータ(2)を制御し、
前記直流リンク電圧は、前記第1および/または前記第2の冷却ファンの動作に必要な電源電圧が、前記電源ユニットにより供給されるような電圧量であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。 - 単相または3相交流電圧用の前記ワイドレンジ入力部(4)は、少なくとも入力電圧が110Vから240Vまでの間、および/または380Vから460Vまでの間に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記コンプレッサおよび/または前記第1および前記第2の冷却ファンは、BLDCモータを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記ワイドレンジ入力部(4)間の単相または多相の入力電圧に関係なく、コンプレッサの要求出力レベルに必要な公称の3相電圧で前記コンプレッサを動作させる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置の使用において、
前記コンプレッサの出力レベルを変化させるために、前記3相インバータ(7)は、要求される前記コンプレッサの出力レベルに基づき、公称の3相電圧を上昇または下降するように設計されることを特徴とする冷却装置の使用。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置の操作方法において、
・110Vから460Vまでの間の単相または複相の多相の入力電圧を、一定の直流リンク電圧に整流して昇圧および/または降圧するステップ、および1個または複数の冷却ファンの電源ユニット(6)に前記直流リンク電圧を供給するステップを備え、
前記直流リンク電圧は、前記第1のおよび/または前記第2の冷却ファンの動作に必要な電源電圧を、前記電源ユニット(6)が供給できるような電圧量であることを特徴とする冷却装置の操作方法。 - ・前記直流リンク電圧を前記3相インバータ(7)に給電するステップ;
・前記要求されるコンプレッサの出力レベルを決定するステップ;および
・前記要求されるコンプレッサの出力レベルが達成されるまで、前記3相インバータに変換されている、前記コンプレッサに基づく公称の3相電圧を調節するステップ、をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
