Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un sistema de enfriamiento, en particular para la refrigeración de componentes alojados en un armario de distribución, que tiene un primera ventilador para la circulación de aire para inyectar aire desde el armario de distribución a través de un primer cambiador de calor, y un segundo ventilador para la circulación de aire para inyectar aire del ambiente a través de un segundo cambiador de calor, el sistema de enfriamiento estará caracterizado porque comprende además una fuente de alimentación (1) con un convertidor elevador y/o reductor de voltaje (2), conectado vía un rectificador (3) a una entrada de gama amplia (4) para tensión de corriente alterna mono- o polifásica, y carga un condensador (5) a una tensión continua de circuito intermedio mayor o menor que una tensión de red a través de la entrada de gama amplia (4), un adaptador de red (6) de al menos uno de los dos ventiladores para la circulación de aire que estará conectado en paralelo al condensador (5). La invención se relaciona además con el uso de este sistema de enfriamiento y con un método correspondiente para hacer funcionar el sistema de enfriamiento.
