Claims (14)
- 第1のポート(2)と、第2のポート(3)と、前記第1のポート(2)と前記第2のポート(3)との間に配設された弁要素(4)および弁座(5)と、コイル(12)と、ヨーク装置(14〜16)とを備え、前記コイル(12)が前記ヨーク装置(14〜16)に磁気結合され、前記ヨーク装置(14〜16)が可動アーマチャ(16)を有する、電磁弁(1)において、前記弁要素(4)が、前記弁要素(4)の第1の側(6)の第1の圧力と前記弁要素(4)の第2の側(7)の第2の圧力との圧力差により制御され、前記第1の圧力および前記第2の圧力の少なくとも一方が、前記アーマチャ(16)によって制御され、前記アーマチャ(16)が、第1の端部における第1の前面(18)と、前記第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部における第2の前面(19)とを備え、前記第1の前面(18)および前記第2の前面(19)が第1の流路(21)により接続され、前記第1の流路(21)が、前記第1の流路を通って流れる流体の流量を低く抑える第1の絞り手段を有することを特徴とする、電磁弁(1)。
- 第2の流路(20)が、前記弁要素(4)の前記第1の側(6)と前記第2の側(7)とを接続し、前記第2の流路(20)が、前記第2の流路(20)を通って流れる流体の低流量を維持する第2の絞り手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2の流路(20)が、前記弁要素(4)と前記弁要素(4)を取り囲むハウジング(10)の壁との間に配設され、かつ/または前記第1の流路(21)が、前記アーマチャ(16)と前記アーマチャ(16)を取り囲む前記ハウジング(10)の壁との間に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ハウジング(10)が、前記アーマチャ(16)および前記弁要素(4)に対して同じ直径を有する筒として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1の絞り手段および/または前記第2の絞り手段が、前記流路の壁に表面構造を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記表面構造が、鋸歯状外形(31)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記鋸歯状外形(31)が、前記弁要素(4)および/または前記アーマチャ(16)の周囲に周方向にまたはねじ状に延在する溝(33)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁要素(4)が貫通チャネル(8)を備え、パイロット弁(9)が前記アーマチャ(16)に面する前記チャネル(8)の端部に配設され、前記アーマチャ(16)が前記パイロット弁(9)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記パイロット弁(9)がパイロット弁要素(27)を備え、前記アーマチャ(16)が前記パイロット弁要素(27)を保持することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁要素(4)が、前記弁座(5)近傍の端部に絞りコーン(24)を備え、前記コーン(24)が、前記弁座(5)に取り囲まれた開口(26)に挿入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁(4)が、前記弁座(5)の内径の少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも75%に相当するストロークを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁要素(4)および/または前記アーマチャ(16)には、耐圧性のプラスチック材料、特にPTFEで作製された閉塞部材(35、36)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁要素(4)には、ストローク制限手段(37)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ストローク制限手段が、ハウジング部と協働する肩部の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電磁弁。
